One Shot Buenavista

Everything good. Very Beautiful historic hotel, very kind personell at the reception (Betty). Nice view and pool surounding. Very central but also silent place. One thing I found a pitty: very tiny pool place for the 3 turtles. I liked them but the place for them was just too small.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel. The bedroom was lovely - beautiful bed linen and a fabulous bathroom from where you can look out to sea (if you have a sea-view). This is a hotel where you can really disconnect and chill out. Lots of steps if you have a room at the top but the views are absolutely worth it. Really friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. We will come back!

Had a twin room. It was very small. There was no space to put anything, especially when 2 women sharing. There was no hooks in the room. And our air conditioning wasn't very good. They did come and check it out. But still wasn't cold. Beds comfy. Swimming pool area lovely and bar area. Nice setting. Lots of steps. Great view across.

I doubt that I have ever stayed in a more uncomfortable or poorly designed hotel. The room was so small that there was no room to open a suitcase to easily unpack and no drawers in which to place anything that was unpacked. The attached bathroom had a shower which was almost impossible to enter due to the thoughtless positioning of the taps and shower head relative to the opened door. The room had a strange, half moon metal contraption screwed to the wall containing a kettle and cups etc, which hindered access to the room and invited the guest to scold their hands or feet when the kettle boiled… truly a masterpiece of design. There was no proper dining room, as the room formerly used for dining etc had been turned into a gym, full of exercise equipment but empty of gymnasts….very strange! There was food served at the poolside by disinterested staff but it was unclear what would happen if it ever rained. My companion had stayed in this hotel many times before it was taken over by One-shot and their mad design team and ruined. Certainly a case of one-shot that missed the target. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I have been staying at the Hotel Buenavista Sta Eulalia for many years and until recently it was owned by a local Ibicenco family. The hotel was decorated in a slightly Moroccan/Ibicenco style with lovely old features includung modified antique furniture and many historic photos of years gone by. The garden area was lovely with cosy comfortable sitting areas and the indoor dining area had amazing views over the bay. The rooms were comfortable and functional with easy to close shutters in the heat of the day. The family were welcoming and very much hands on. WELL WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED??? ONE SHOT COMPANY came in took it over and in one shot destroyed it completely. The bedrooms are ridiculous with metal pieces of furniture sticking out from the walls so that you scrape your skin as you walk past. The shower door can't be closed, no ventilation in the bathroom, bedside tables too tiny to put anything on them and nowwhere to open up your suitcase. Bathroom only had a basin but no shelf at the side. Who in their rights minds decided to turn the lovely dining area into a gym - for goodness sake there are plenty of those in the town. The serving staff in the now relegated tiny restaurant outside were not at all interested in serving us, but more interested in personal calls on their mobile phones. Truly a sad ending to a beautiful traditional old hotel. The new designers should be ashamed of themselves and shot at dawn I will never stay there again.

This pretty boutique hotel is the perfect place to relax. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend. The location was excellent, with everything we needed close by. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the pool area was beautiful and well maintained. What really made our stay special was the staff. They were brilliant, friendly, and always willing to help. We would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel to stay for an optimal Ibiza feeling. We had the superior room with seaview. Good breakfast. Santa Eulària Centre and the beach just within a few walking. Car parking above the hill with enough places.daily roomcleaning very good. So we had a top holiday
