海景房正對碼頭，可以在房間就看到日出，也可以走幾百米去碼頭看無遮無擋的日出，景觀一流

Went to see a show and had a wonderful oppurtunity to stay here without breaking the bank.

Perfect spot for what we needed just felt like the photos showed a bit better but we did come in during a week of rain and storms so I’m sure that was the cause.

Check in was super friendly and very helpful.
The room could have been absolutely amazing but fell short in a few places. There were cookies on the floor and trash behind the nightstand. The toilet paper roll was empty and a new roll opener and just placed on top of the empty roll (like my teenager does, too lazy to swap the new roll onto the holder). And the one and only lamp in the room didn’t work. Maybe the bulb was burnt out but it was late and I didn’t want to chase down maintenance. I also couldn’t inform the front desk the next morning since there was a sign saying no one available until 10:30am.
Aside from these things, I would have loved the room.

I really loved our stay, we relaxed at the resort like patio seating with a view of the beach and loved it!
The room was updated and beautifully serene (unlike the photos!). The only thing for me is, I have some back issues and the bed was too soft.

Great location and great staff. it was right on the water and the staff was super friendly. They gave me a bottle of wine to have when my friends came.

Casablanca was a nice place to stay. Right across from the beach which we loved. Easy walking distance to all the major Santa Cruz hot spots. Overall good experience.
