Geweldig vriendelijk personeel. Geen moeite is teveel, en alles gebeurt met de glimlach. Zulk innemende mensen, dat kom je weinig tegen. Waren daar op oudejaarsavond. Er werd een geweldig uitgebreid menu aangeboden, allemaal zonder meerprijs. Heel mooie ligging voor wandelaars en mountainbikers, maar ook voor mensen die de noordwestkant van het eiland willen verkennen. In een straal van 50km is een massa aan mooie, boelende plekjes te ontdekken. Prima kamers. Heerlijk eigen terras. We hadden een kamer in het aparte deel vzn het hotel. Die zijn mss wel wat gehoriger, maar dat heeft ons niet gestoord. Tip: voorzie een extra zeteltje of extra stoel binnen.

Teleurstellend, restaurant echt niet goed, ontbijt onderdeel maat, geen service en bediening, tafel met loszittend blad, ook op de kamer gammel meubilair, Electrabel installatie constante bromtoon zodat je niet kunt slapen, aan de overkant 24 uur per dag veel lawaai, tunnelbouw. Constant piepen van de alarm installatie, kortom geen aanrader

The hotel is very charming, the location is perfect when you’re going hiking in the hills (especially to visit Masca). The staff was very friendly and gave us some tips on where to go and local knowledge (go in spring to see the almond blossom). They have a good selection of wines from the local area which is good Some problems - the restaurant, diner was disappointing and expensive for the quality. I'm sure I could hear the reassuring ping of the microwave. However we arrived late and did not eat on the journey so it was our only choice. It was hot and the wine was good. - breakfast - weirdly one day a hot choice was chicken nuggets! scrambled eggs were not seasoned and dry. The rest was fresh - the Spanish omelette is good and selection as to be expected. - NO HOT WATER ONE NIGHT! - we had a cold shower on our first night, which was fine because it was hot and we had been out hiking all day but the next day we were told it was fixed and only happens in some rooms. No apology or 'so sorry you experienced this', luckily it was fixed otherwise we would have moved hotels and asked for a refund to go somewhere else. - restaurants in town close early as they have been open early in the day so eat elsewhere

Good hotel. Executive room very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast and dinner very good. Only drawback we encountered was having to wait at reception whenever you needed anything. Could do with two people on duty rather than one.

Beds comfortable, buffet breakfast good. But the place is a bit tired, the service a bit average, neither the room nor the shower warm enough, and WiFi coverage poor. And the restaurant is both poor and expensive - so go elsewhere to eat in the evening.

We stayed 7 nights in this gorgeous and comfortable hotel. Rooms are large enough and offer a good level of comfort. The staff is very friendly, service oriented and attentive to customer needs. Breakfast is good. Location is ideal for hikers in the Masca and Teno areas. The dinner menu is of good quality. The premises are well maintained and very clean. The hotel is set in a quite area away from highway noise.

We booked one of the rooms (302) with an outdoor terrace. Little did we realise until arrival that our room was in a separate block (more like an outhouse) from the main hotel. The room itself smelt fousty and unaired. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, necessitating a circuitous walk whenever we need something (eg a cork screw and then wine glasses). The restaurant was fully booked (although we were not pre-advised) so no dinner available. Frankly this hotel lacks attention to detail and any real interest in its clients. Very disappointed. 1 night stay felt like one night too many
