酒店離會展中心很近，在馬路對面，所以展會期間價格很貴。雖然酒店大堂看起來還不錯，但是房間非常可怕。一走到走廊就是一股臭味，房間裏也臭，房間設施陳舊，窗户無法打開，所以臭味無法散去。要求前台給換樓層，另一個樓層的走廊和房間也是一樣的臭味。

老公出差住的，美國不提供拖鞋和牙刷…大家記得自己帶喲！應該是當地最好的酒店吧…哦，也沒有house keeping…嗯…還是國內好呀👍

Staff was great, room was average. Shower head was leaking so water would spray out the side while trying to shower getting water all over the floor. Bathroom sink and toilet was rusted or just poorly cleaned

The bedding did not fit the bed, there was too much air freshener through out the hotel and room. I am asthmatic and it caused me breathing issues. The room and hallways weren't the cleanest.
Also, there was only 1 floor that had a working ice machine. I visited 4 floors before I found the working one.

Staff treated us like family. Arrived on game day (also Christmas) and they checked us in and accommodated our request to have neighboring rooms.
Security managed the tailgate party very pleasantly.
Easy access to freeways and restaurants.
We really had a fabulous visit and will continue staying at Hilton Santa Clara on future trips

First night we checked in the back door wasn’t working but it was quickly fixed maybe due to many people complaining. The property is clean but for a 4 star hotel I expected more options in their gift shop and there was no microwave in the room. No vending machines either where the ice machines were although signs said “vending”. I suggested more options because when you’re there for an event at the Levi Stadium, you’re unable to leave due to traffic. I also find it weird that there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom or it was just that quiet, I didn’t hear it on when the lights were on. Overall it’s a convenient location so worth the money just for that
