Groot hotel. Vriendelijke receptie. Ontvangst was prima. Kamer geboekt, blijkbaar aan de weg kant. Toen wij op het relatief kleine balkon stonden bleek er een grote discotheek naast te liggen. Deze discotheek is in hoogseizoen iedere dag geopend van 00:00-06:00 uur. Na te hebben gevraagd om een andere kamer ( wat niet mogelijk was omdat hotel vol was) is ons een upgrade naar half pension gegeven. Op zich net aanbod, maar neemt niet weg dat er ( als je licht slaapt) behoorlijk wat lawaai is buiten. Zwembad is prima. Animatie is ok. Diner was wat je kan verwachten van een buffet. Soms koud/lauw. Wel voldoende keuze. Ontbijt was prima.

het eten de mensen die er werken de bar de locatie allemaal top! Enkel een minpuntje was wel het zwembad was vrij koud en de sauna was niet meteen rolstoeltoegankelijk. De animatie in de avond was zeer aangenaam! Cocktails super lekker! De prijs voor all in is niet veel en je krijgt heel veel. Al bij al de vakantie in hipotel said was geweldig!

Ben net terug van mijn vakantie in cala millor. We verbleven met de familie in Hipotel Said. Heb nu 5 verschillende hotels in Cala Millor bezocht maar dit hotel overtrof onze verwachtingen. Een enorm schoon hotel, prima kamers, het eten was ook uitstekend. De medewerkers van dit hotel, de mensen aan de receptie, de medewerkers in het restaurant en de medewerkers van de bar waren fenomenaal en niets dan lof over hen. Allen waren zeer behulpzaam en heel belangrijk klantvriendelijk. Ga zo door!

Lovely hotel, Very clean and friendly staff. Quality of the food was excellent . Very quick service. Good location as a short walk to the beach and shops.

First time in Cala Millor, and left it fairly late to book too. We could not have chosen a better hotel even if we had researched first a week in advance. The location is perfect whether you want to shop local or walk up and down the coast. The hotel staff across the team were brilliant and made us feel as though we were returning guests. The buffet food at breakfast, lunch and dinner provided great variety and changed each day. The room looking out over the pool was roomy with plenty of wardrobe space, comfy beds, a safe and a small fridge with plenty of of room for 3 large bottles of water. Could not recommend it more and will certainly return in the future.

We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely hotel. Firstly we had a nice welcome of the reception staff very friendly. Our room was ready straight away, 3rd floor pool view which was nice. The room was nice very clean , really good powerful shower and shampoo and body wash. Beds were comfy. Safe deposit box is free to use. Room cleaned and towels everyday. The pool area was immaculate. The food in the restaurant was amazing 😍 lots of fresh meat and something for everyone. Bar staff were amazing bringing you drinks when they seen that you had finished. Lots of cocktails included in all inclusive. The weather for April was very good 😊 we can't wait to come back.

We loved our stay at Said Hotel. Friendly and hard working staff. More than enough drinks and food, our girls really liked the cocktails. Hotel is close to the beach and stores for shopping. We had a great holiday!

Here now on all inclusive, and would not rate this hotel as a 4 star ‘LUX’ as stated on the Jet2 website. We always choose LUX expecting a good standard of food, but so far we have been very disappointed. The meals are very similar every evening (pork) and not much choice - the poorest selection I’ve every experienced in any all inclusive. Also no atmosphere in bar or restaurant with no music! Looking to eat out eat of stay.

Nice hotel but food very very poor. We are here at the moment half-board and after the first night have defaulted to eating out. More like 3 star food. We ordered a pizza at the bar and asked for it without oregano and were told that it was not possible as they were just frozen pizzas. Outdoor pool is too cold to use. Staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. So many better hotels in Cala Millor.
