Wauw wat een geweldig hotel! Heel lief personeel en de kamers zijn super. Wij sliepen in een junior suite met swim up (een hoekkamer nummer 004) en die was heel ruim. Heerlijk zwembad en fijne bedden! Ook het avondeten en ontbijt waren tip top in orde! Super veel keuze en voor mij als vegetariër werden er gewoon aparte maaltijden gemaakt als ik erom vroeg! We hebben ook twee keer gebruik gemaakt van de roomservice. Ook deze was het erg lekker! Daarbij kregen we attenties zoals bloemen en fruit etc. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de gratis fietsen en de Spa! Helaas was het hotel heel rustig, maar daar kan het hotel niets aandoen.... heb er echt helemaal niets op aan te merken, alles was top!

Amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and food was lush! We had the best joint hen/stag weekend - can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating. A big thanks to the guests who joined in and had a laugh too! We can’t wait to come back next year = )

The room we had was ok we had a roof top pool in adult only section Downside of the roof top pool room in adult area is you don't get to sit outside if it rains you have to sit inside with door shut as the rain comes may be a little pull out canopy The adult restraunt was ok some of the staff were geat others not so good we waited 20min before we were even served our drinks. By this time we has finished the food and one breakfast we didn't even get drinks. in the family restrant it was perfect staff very polite and friendly. Food was ok but a bit repeative but as most hotels. Donna at the adult pool bar was AMAZING the food was better at the pool bar than it was in the main adult restraunt. Cleaning staff brill kept room clean and tidy A good walk to a few shops Buses were good service cost us 9€ each to go to palma on the bus Hotel management fantastic

Currently at the biomar hotel in the adults only and after trying Hotels for the last 25 years I can say this is up there with the Best right from cleaning to entertainment this place as the lot the food is outstanding . Just been to the AZAFRAN restaurant where the staff are excellent and the food is outstanding Sean Connery look a like with the beard made our night . 100%

This was our third visit to the adults part of the hotel and there are so many reasons we keep returning. This hotel really offers five star amenities and service but in a relaxed and friendly style. Rooms are light and airy with a massive bed. The minibar is always stocked and it’s lovely to have a cold coke after a hard day’s sunbathing. The food here really is wonderful! The multiple options resulted in a five pound weight gain! There is something for everyone and the meal we had in The Green and Grill was excellent. The quality of ingredients is amazing and I loved being able to have things like smoked tuna and Wakame! The selection of drinks is huge and if it’s not on the menu, just ask as they’ll make it for you! The staff really make this place! I love yoga and the daily 9am sessions with Marina were a real treat! Lovely Donna at the pool bar, Fabiola who is such a joy and Welsh Miguel are just a few of the staff who make this place so special. Entertainment options are great! The in house singers are amazing and work so hard. Local acts are varied and there are multiple options depending on your mood. I loved the big show nights too! It was lovely to see some hotel cats appear this season too! Only two tiny things which could be improved. More seating in the adult’s only area! After dinner we could never find a seat to watch the entertainment. Last year there was an amazing pianist who would play before dinner, I wonder if this could return? This hotel just keeps getting better and really does offer 5 star luxury on the beautiful island of Mallorca! I’m already counting down to my next visit in August! Thank you to all of the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make this a truly special place.

From the minute we stepped foot into the hotel we were treated like royalty by the amazing staff. Prosecco reception, bags taken up to room...great start!! Then the room, all I can say is wow!! Beautiful room, airy, bright, immaculate. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day, fresh towels daily, cleaners are wonderful. The hotel is outstanding, best I've ever stayed in, the staff and the management make this place the dream it is, it's such a well run establishment and the management are always around including the tui reps who are great and extremely informative. The chefs, the food, the waiters, the bar staff, the drinks...10/10! I actually took the manager aside and told him he should be extremely proud of the resort and his staff, they are just exceptional, always happy and go above and beyond so you have the best holiday experience. If you are looking at going here, do not hesitate, just book it. We are going back next year and we were gutted to leave. Christina, Sergio and Fabiosa certainly gave us plenty of laughs and smiles, but all staff are wonderful. You will not be disappointed going here. The area is lovely, 10 minute walk to beach, plenty of shops. The spa on site is wonderful as are the al a carte restaurants. Pools are wonderful and activities are aplenty - highlight was the pool mat run, hilarious! We cant wait to see everyone next year! Thank you for making our break memorable and keep up the great work.

This hotel is excellent in many ways. The family area has nice bars and restaurants and the adult area can be peaceful. The staff are great. The food is amazing. We had a garden room which was great. Our one week holiday was partly spoilt by a large group of around 30 people on a stag/hen party...May 2nd to May 7th. These people had no consideration to the other guests and took over a large part of the adult area. They were noisy,singing, playing their own music and generally tiresome.What a relief to most guests when they left. The manager tried to sort it but he had no security back up. It seems to us that a lovely 5 star hotel should be more careful in taking large group bookings as for sure we wouldnt return if this is normal.

This hotel ticks every single box! Traveled with my partner, mum and 2 year old daughter, the room was spacious, modern and very clean. Mini fridge is filled with soft drinks daily, beds are really comfy and my little girl slept so well all week in the travel cot we were given. All of the staff work extremely hard and are all approachable and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The children’s pool is absolutely freezing, we weren’t greeted with the best weather and maybe that’s why the pool is so cold, because of this there wasn’t many in that pool - the main pool seems a lot warmer so most parents were just in that one with the kids, in floats etc. Food and drinks are great, plenty of choice, it didn’t really seem that repetitive compared to some AI hotels I’ve been to before. They do a themed night every night (Italian, BBQ, Indians etc.) It’s only a short walk to the beach and to bars shops and restaurants. Beach is absolutely stunning! My little girls highlight was her daily visit to see the hotels cat (the hotel isn’t invested with cats, it’s just this one!) who she enjoyed seeing every day. Entertainment team are phenomenal and do not stop all day! They cater for absolutely every single age, and they can all sing and dance so well!! My little girl went to baby club a few times which she loved, I would have liked to get her in more as she had such a good time but it was fully booked for most of the week (I assumed this was probably due to the not so good weather) There’s not one thing I can say bad about this hotel and we will definitely be coming back! Thanks for a lovely stay.

There is nothing I could say that is bad. The food is fantastic. The staff are attentive, they come to you to fill up your glass even around the pool. Ali in the adults lounge with all the others are absolutely brilliant. Shay (General Manager) is always approachable with a smile which is infectious and the other staff follow in his professionalism. The rooms are cleaned daily and the fridge is topped up daily with no additional charges. Go to Thea's for a coffee and cookie. This is the second time in 2 years we've stayed and it won't be the last. Downside - a few guest got quite giddy drunk but a quite chat from Management and there was no further issues. (Doesn't that happen when people want to enjoy themselves)
