I could not fault this hotel, I am being honest, I had read previous reviews and was very apprehensive as what to expect ! IGNORE the negativity ! The hotel was great for our stay, clean, choice of pools, friendly and very accommodating reception, great choice of breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends Great location every thing in walking distance !

Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff are completely unhelpful, grumpy and downright rude. No reception for this hotel, and twice we found the doors to the place pried open, which really made us question our safety especially given the seedy location. The room stank of sewage after a cleaners visit (…?) which was just disgusting, and a friend in another room in this hotel also had this same experience. Beds were uncomfortable, key cards stopped working multiple times, and was genuinely the worst hotel experience i have ever had in my life. Avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are filthy, tap did not work and toilet is so close to the sink, good luck sitting down. There is no security at the building. Parties carry on throughout the night till 6am, I think that's what the clubs are for! Management do not give a monkeys. Balcony door does not lock, so anyone could climb in.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Vibra Marco Polo! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and I was given all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great view of the pool area. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and all the nightlife San Antonio has to offer. Despite being close to everything, the hotel felt safe and peaceful at night. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of loungers, a bar with great cocktails, and a fun, relaxed vibe throughout the day. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you’re in Ibiza to relax or to party, this hotel strikes the perfect balance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Good hotel overall, pool area is nice. However I do have to complain about staff members going into guests bags and taking drink from them. My friend had a bottle of vodka she had bought to take up to our room, we went into the pool and when we came back the bottle was gone. I went up to the bar to ask if staff had taken it, and low and behold they had it. Totally unacceptable to be going into peoples bags and looking through belongings! They should have approached us if there was a problem.

Girls holiday Much better than anticipated! Was very hesitant due to the reviews but it was actually so quiet! Room was ideal. Could have been slightly cleaner (cobwebs etc) but overall very good.. location is perfect. Right beside the bus. Would stay here again for sure.

My friends are staying at this hotel but I’ve had to stay at a different one, will I be able to get access to use the pool here to be with my friends ?? I saw something about it being strict with guests but don’t know if that just applies to people bringing someone back at night, we know alot of hotels let others use their pool. I have emailed but no response
