De verwelkoming was zeer hartelijk. We kregen ook veel tips voor ons bezoek aan Verona. We kregen we een upgrade omdat de kamer nog niet klaar was. De zeer ruime suite was luxueus ingericht. Er was niks aan te merken op het salon, de slaapkamer en de badkamer met regendouche. Alles was prachtig. Het buffetontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. De kleine zaadpistoletjes waren zeer lekker alsook de yoghurt met verschillende noten. De keuze in koffies en thees ws ook groot. Het zwembad met ligzetels en een bar was zeer mooi en groot. Men kon zich ook neervleien tussen de olijfbomen of wandelen in de wijngaard in het domein. Alles was perfect onderhouden. Op het mooie terras waar men ‘s morgens kon ontbijten kon men ook tijdens de dag en avond de lekkere wijnen van het domein of een andere drank proeven. Er was ook een ruime parking met bescherming tegen de zon. Op wandelafstand lagen verschillende restaurants. Hier willen we zeker terugkomen.

Mooie ruime kamer met gescheiden was tafel, toilet en douche. Alles zeer schoon en in perfect staat. Dit was onze 4e verblijf in dit hotel. Zijn al enkele keren blij verrast met een upgrade.
Rustig gelegen maar toch dicht bij het gardameer. Komen zeker hier vaker terug

Borgo is a really nice place. Its perfekt, if you wanna calm down from the busy dayli life. The staff is very kind .and helpfull. A lot of space around the buildings Lovely Pool , Great breakfast.

Our first time visiting the region and we were not disappointed. Borgo Romantico is set in the most beautiful vineyard and very well located to nearby towns as we were able to walk everywhere. We arrived much earlier than we had anticipated but the hotel staff were very happy for us to leave our cases whilst we explored before check-in. We found our room to be very spacious and clean, with a nice view over the vineyard. Breakfast was lovely - we were able to sit outside and have coffee, tea, cereals, yoghurts, pastries etc. There is a great selection, even fresh honey and honeycomb. I was also appreciative of the gluten free options on offer for guests. We booked the wine tasting activity which was very interesting. The wines themselves are wonderful and we were able to enjoy these with a platter of meats and cheeses during the session, again with a gluten-free adaptation. We also rented the electric bikes during our stay and were able to cycle to Bardolino. The bikes are easy to use and we were grateful for the quick lesson! Overall, our stay was fantastic. All staff members are kind and always looking to help their guests. We were sad to leave and would love to return - thank you again for a wonderful stay!

An excellent hotel for a quiet relaxing experience. Only a short taxi ride to Lake Garda and surrounding areas. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was delicious and eat as much as you like. Pool area fabulous with lots of Sun loungers and poolside bar that do delicious snacks. The staff especially Leo wad amazing and made us feel special but all the staff can’t do enough for you if you have any problems or need advise they’re only too happy to help xx

A really stunning location in amongst the vineyards. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There was a storm on the night we arrived and there is no restaurant on site but they did make us a sandwich to go with our wine (it wasn't possible to walk in that weather to the nearest restaurant options (~500m away). If you're staying for a while you probably would need a car as the taxis (whilst very comfortable) are quite expensive to keep getting to and from Lake Garda (both Bardolino and Lasize are ~10 mins by car) but not possible to reach really on foot or by bike. The pool is really nice and there's a snack bar there too. The wine was delicious. Rooms comfortable with good air conditioning and comfy beds. Spacious - we did have an issue with the shower door coming off but didn't report in the end as seemed like one of those things that probably happens all the time.

The positive things: The outdoor and pool area are amazing. Our room was beautiful as well. Breakfast was good. At the end of their stay, they gave us a bottle of wine which is def a nice gesture. The negative: Towels are changed after 3 days! or else you have to pay 10euro per towel. During booking there was no mention of this. Same for pool area towels, you have to pay 10euro to have one. Considering the price we paid we expect these things part of the price not paying extra literally for anything. Also, we had a booking for 3 people (2 adults + child) but somehow this was not showing on their system. We asked for an extra pillow and the receptionist was extremely arrogant. First she told us to wait till morning since they are short of staff and she's on her own. After some "arguing" we got the extra pillow. Useless to say that this attitude ruined a bit our stay. If they are short of staff it is not really the guests problem.

Everything was fine. Friendliness and service are particularly important to us. Both were 100% correct. The accommodation is ideally located. There is a very good restaurant in the immediate vicinity and Bardolino is just 15 minutes by bike. We will be back!

Really nice and spacious room. Nice surroundings and perfect place to bring your dog. And yes you can clearly hear the highway but hey you get what you pay for. Breakfast REALLY good and EXCELLENT coffee. Very friendly staff!
