Friendly Staff. Clean rooms and linen. Old saggy mattresses with springs making them lumpy. Fridge . Poor A/C which means opening the patio door for cooler air. This let in mosquitos and unfortunately 20 bites were the result. Hot shower but no shower curtain. Balcony overlooking the beach. Elevator. Breakfast with cereal, pastries, cheese and meat slices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. Pool

We stayed at Hotel Kennedy and thoroughly enjoyed it . Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool is warm and long enough for swimming. Location is close to shops bar and restaurants. Enjoyed also Taormina and Savoca. Quiet to sleep at night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Just spent 5 days here on a coach tour from England.The hotel was made aware of my dietary requirements I am coeliac do need glutenfree food. This is a hotel where this does not happen. Coeliac is an autoimmune problem and needs care to ensure no gluten is eaten. At the hotel despite being aware I was given a dish of veg soup with added pasta. When I mentioned it the waiter chose to strain the pasta out snd give me the soup, which y then had become contaminated. Was never told that pasta given was glutenfree, and despite management attempting to sort the situation out problems occurred throughout the visit. Staff were so uncooperative all the time.

Mi trovavo in gita scolastica con dei miei amici e mi è caduto subito l'occhio sulla pessima location, il sorvegliante con i capelli lunghi ci ha minacciati alle 3 di notte con annesse bestemmie e grida in dialetto siculo, sconsiglio vivamente.

Hotel scadente in tutto, cibo a dir poco pessimo (un insulto all’Italia). Inoltre personale molto arrogante e poco ragionevole se volete passare una bella vacanza NON VENITE IN QUESTO HOTEL

hotel rivoltante a dir poco, appena arrivati in hotel ci siamo ritrovati sommersi dai capelli all’ interno del bagno e come se non bastasse i capelli si ritrovano anche dentro i piatti. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel soprattutto se si vuole mangiare bene.

L'hotel è vecchio, camere con moquette, bagno vetusto, vasca da bagno in cui la parte smaltata è staccata, la tv non funziona, il cibo scadente, colazione scarsa. Unico lato positivo è la meravigliosa vista mare, solo questo. Questa recensione dovrebbe servire per far capire a chi gestisce l'hotel che bisogna investire sulle mancanze che il cliente nota, perché possiate dare il meglio. Buona fortuna

Camere datate, ma pulite. Struttura con una buona posizione, di fronte al mare. Personale gentile, il caposala Amedeo sempre disponibile e competente, cerca di venire incontro alle richieste della clientela. Il cibo abbondante, di discreta qualità. Viaggio scolastico, ben riuscito.

Sin dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, sono stato accolto con calore e professionalità da parte del vostro staff, il quale ha reso il mio soggiorno indimenticabile. Desidero particolarmente lodare il sig. Amedeo, il cui servizio impeccabile e cortesia hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole e confortevole. Le camere, oltre ad essere impeccabilmente pulite, emanavano un delizioso profumo che ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera di relax e comfort.
