Esperidi Resort Sorrento

i was in my room huffin some smoke, passin the gas like you do in italiy then all of a sudden there was this giant ficking shadow creature in the corenr of myt room. Idek if this was because of all the paint and acid I was snorting through my ashole but I will never stay in this god forsaken cursed country again.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and we had the best time! The room was a good size and clean, the cleaners came every day. The shower was massive and had good pressure. Our favourite part about the room though was probably the fact that we had our own little private seating area out front. Breakfast was perfect in our eyes- there were delicious pastries or cake every day along with the standard fruit, cereal, bread, cold meats and cheese. Tea/coffee too, and fruit juices, water. The location was great- a supermarket 5 minutes away, Sorrento about a 25 minute walk but the views along the way make it feel like nothing! There are bars and restaurants in Sant’Agnello itself which is very quaint- has a train station too which we used to get directly to Pompeii. Staff were very friendly too- Gigi won’t hesitate to help you out with your visit, excursions etc. We were allowed to leave our bags at reception between checking out and leaving for our flight which was immensely helpful Thank you Esperidi Resort :) We would definitely recommend!

Bathroom covered in mould, no hot water tonight to shower, power sockets dangerous, grass and grounds overgrown, rooms swarming with mosquitoes, breakfast plates/table/cutlery dirty and there was about 2 squares of melon and some bread rolls and it’s not even like it was cheap at nearly 1k for 5 nights. I’ve backpacked all over Asia and Africa and can tolerate a lot but this hotel was really terrible for the money

This is my second time here at this resort,it's nice if you want piece and quiet and have a lazy day by the pool although that's not my kind of thing,This time we got the outdoor market set up outside the gates it wasn't a market like you would normally find in Italy it was mostly clothing but still managed to bargain a dress for €10 not bad.

What can I say. wouldn't stay here again ....EVER. only positives to be fair - nice pool, friendly staff.... after that it's all down hill....rooms are small, dated, infested....ended up with insect bites from the bed... they need to throw out the furniture....do some painting...and general maintenance to this property....photos on the web appear to be from its glory days....years ago.... towels replaced daily....but bathroom was of poor standard...water build up in shower trays....tiles dirty...dated....door handles coming off in your hand...sheets not replaced during stay. Restaurant NOT open in the evening.....bar NOT open in the evening...leaving families no option to have night in....if you want to eat.....and Sorrento is a good 25 min Brisk walk away....40 if you are walking with children. €25 each way for taxi....and last train back is 9:30 ish..to San Angello and 10 min walk to property. Internet also states cooking school...definitely hasn't opened for some time... Pool was quiet when we arrived.....but on Sat filled up with what appeared to be local women arriving in taxis with children to use the pool....leaving the guests out numbered....only up side of this was a lifeguard who manned the small pool bar shop....other than that ...it was get dressed to go to reception to ask someone to come over and tend snack bar.....and back to reception again to pay...... very poor... Breakfast was hit and miss too....table cloths on Tables for days.... coffee machine could do with a wipe down...

We stayed in Esperidi in mid August for one week in a junior family suite with two adults and two children. Esperidi resort is difficult to review. Spoiler alert: I recommend it, but do not expect 4-star luxury everywhere. First the positive points. The resort is beautiful situated between lemontrees, palmtrees and a bananatree. Friendly gardeners take good care for the garden. The resort is along a busier road but you do not hear much from it. There is a beautiful pool on the resort with a nice view on surrounding hills. Our suite had 2 good functioning airconditionings (much needed) and the staff is without exception friendly, helpful and they have good suggestions for places to eat and visit. The resort is centrally located in Saint Agnello, a small village a few minutes drive to Sorrento. But then there are some things you need to know. The family suite was small. Especially the bathroom and more specific the shower was small and very dated. The bathroom is something Esperidi should upgrade and whilst busy with that they should also buy new beds: they are not terrible, but also not good. However: The suite was clean when we arrived and was cleaned every day. If we wanted something extra: we got it. If something missed: they brought it, and it was always with a smile. The breakfast is the next thing you should know about, it is sort of an adventure. Do not expect a luxurious buffet, do not expect fresh pressed juices and do not expect that everything you (must) order the day before, is there. It is not a 4-star resort breakfast and about the plastic cutlery: they do have it and they should not. So also the breakfast is something Esperidi should improve. Finally the parking: they offer parking space for € 15,- a day. You can also park on the street in front of the resort for €1 an hour (8-21), but not on monday (market)! To conclude: don’t be tempted too much by the stars and *****es on the website of the Resort, because you might feel cheated. But if you are looking for a resort with very friendly staff, a nice pool and good located near Sorrento and if you don’t mind asking, adjusting or complaining at the staff now and then: Go For It and you’ll be fine.

Nosotras somos tres amigas y nos habíamos cogido un apartamento suite de lujo, nada más lejos de la realidad, en el apartamento el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, prácticamente no cabíamos en la habitación cuando se abre el sofá cama, los colchones tienen más de 20 años, te clavas los muelles en todas las partes de tu cuerpo. Estuvimos 4 días ahí, los productos de higiene tal como geles, papel higiénico etc nos lo ponían con cuenta gotas. El desayuno básico y poco sabroso.
