Kendra at the front desk was awesome! She answered my questions and helped get food delivered.
The elevator needs service, the key pads to get the elevator to your floor was cracked and missing. Not up to Hilton standards.

Hotel was just barely fine. Room clearly wasn’t fully prepared, missing linens, dirty towels in the bathroom. Overall clean, but hadn’t been serviced right. Staff was friendly, but hotel is showing its age. Elevator inspections are overdue.
We felt safe, and it was fine. But won’t be rushing back to stay there again.

Kendra checked us in and out and she has a great personality and really welcoming! Also dealt with Kia again who has also a great personality. The customer service is excellent. Good breakfast too. Room is nice and decent size. Our Atlanta hotel choice!

Our stay at Homewood Suites was really nice. It felt like home away from home. Our issues with checking in were addressed and we were happy with the service....Thank you to the Management and the dedicated team for the great job.

******* has a great deal but they add a 25 dollar per night deposit if you are there for a long stay as they advertised. The carpets are dirty and frayed and its in the back of the Costco. If you don’t have a car its just not friendly unless u love costco. You can uber to very nice shopping which is five minutes away. The place looks like they get Dad to fix incidents which is shocking for Hilton

Only 1 of the elevators was functional, that too with occasional stoppages.
Hot water used to get over by later morning.
Staff was not very polite.

The only negative about the hotel is the indoor pool is not heared so it qas cold to swim in. I was really disappointed because i specifically took the hotel for the pool.

It was not an enjoyable stay. I cut my finger on the bathroom shower handle that had sharp metal. The front desk didn’t have a first aid kit.
Staff was complaining about working conditions and being underpaid and being short staffed.
The attentiveness of the manager on duty was rude and kept me waiting at the front desk telling me to hold on a minute while he is doing something in the office.
I will not be back at this hotel.

We were well pleased with our long weekend stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean. We would definitely stay there again!
