This place has a convenient location close to the restaurants, shopping area, and beaches. It may be noisy at night though if you open a window since traffic is right down below. Breakfast is good and it is the same every morning. There is nice area outside to eat breakfast especially when no one is smoking. Wi-fi is available but it was spotty in my room on the second floor. Beds are made every day. The bathroom at the room was renovated and clean.

This is a small 10 room hotel. We stayed over a week. The family who run it is lovely. Breakfast included some of the best bread I have ever eaten. Breakfast is cold and nevertheless delicious and filling. It is very near the train station. This allowed us quick day trips to other towns in Liguria and across the border to France. It is also a nice walk to La Pigna area of San Remo.

The owners are rude, they deceive the clients and still money for nothing.

Amazing family, very friendly with all guests and available to help at any time. Very clean hotel situated in the centre of the city. We had an incredible stay.

Bellissima villa liberty a due passi dal centro di Sanremo e dal porto. Incantevole giardino in cui viene servita la colazione. Camera quadrupla enorme e con terrazzino vista giardino e mare,ottima pulizia. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent value for the price, family friendly owner and his son. Very clean room and bathroom, AC (silent, new), good location. Nice breakfast in the garden. Very pleasant stay in San Remo. We strongly recommend this hotel for a few nights.

Incredibile !!! al mio arrivo il titolare mi dice : non ci piace ricevere gente locale che viene qui a fare porcherie(ho ancora indirizzo sulla c.i a sanremo ma non ci vivo più).ho chiesto " ma sta scherzando?" E lui :"no no sono serio" sono scappato , avevo dormito precedentemente in quel buco , l'unico punto positivo é la vicinanza alla stazione FS , da buttare , la stella che mi tocca dare é già troppo....
