Hacienda Los Picachos

It was beautiful and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is magical. Very romantic.

The hacienda is beautiful, it's quiet, calm and tranquil. I recommend to book the individual houses as they are much nicer than the standard room. You have a whole tiny house to yourself. The view is outstanding and the staff is super friendly

Room was great! The pool really disappointed me… got my back dyed black by sitting in the cold jacuzzi, I’d put a lot of focus on the pool part of the property…

over-all good stay.

We had an amazing stay in the grand chalet. It’s something very special and perfect for couples. Moreover, the food is on a very high level, especially the sushi menu is amazing. The only thing I would like to be improved is the service for the pool, especially when you booked the grand chalet, you should get some more attention and service. All in all, we loved to spent our vacations there and I am sure to come back very soon!

I loved the property and the service. However, they were always short on pool towels. The pool was dirty by the end of the week. The restaurant closes, on Tuesdays, which didn’t make any sense, but these are small things to fix. Overall, I’d stay here again! It’s a beautiful property.

The hotel is really nice, the pool has a nice temperature and is a relaxing place. The food on the restaurant is very good specially the sushi. The service at the restaurant with Alexis and Roberto was excellent but at the pool could be improved. I really recommend this hotel even though is outside downtown but you have hotel transportation to the city center.
