Our visit to L'Otel Casa Arca is one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. First, it is located in the pedestrian-only part of Zona Central. There are parks, shopping and restaurants ALL around. and it is clean, clean, clean!
The staff is extremely competent and very friendly. And the restaurant is top notch. Food tasted great and the presentation wss supurb. I want to qualify that by saying each of the many, many restaurants nearby seemed like the best restaurant I'd ever been too. Maybe I just don't get out enough.....

We had an incredible four night stay at L'otel Casa Arca. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel design and rooms are gorgeous, the service was impeccable, and the location just perfect in the heart of SM but on a quiet, pedestrian street. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and huge, and the rooftop pool and lounge areas are stunning. I would not hesitate to stay here if you are lucky enough to visit San Miguel. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We had a lovely stay at L'Otel Casa Arca. The restaurant in the hotel is absolutely fantastic, and we were thrilled with our (included) breakfast each morning. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Climate control is fantastic, beds very comfortable. Lighting could be improved, and caulking around sink and shower needed some attention, but other than that we absolutely loved our stay.
