¡NO VAYAIS A ESTOS APARTAMENTOS! La experiencia en estos es nefasta. He reservado para pasar un fin de semana de piscina y la sorpresa a la llegada es que no puedes usarla libremente. Establecen un sistema de reservas en el cual hay 2 turnos uno de 09:00 a 13:45 y otro de 13:45 a 19:00. Solo puedes reservar uno de los turnos por dia, una vez pase el horario de tu turno te tienes que levantar de la tumbona y abandonarla. Te obligan a hacer una reserva de la tumbona y si quieres moverte a otra no puedes. La piscina es diminuto para la cantidad de apartamentos que hay. He ido a la piscina y estaba mi tumbona ocupada y la solución del persona ha sido coger las pertenencias de la familia, meterlas en una bolsa de basura sin estar ellos, y decirme que me siente (nefasto trato a sus clientes). Cuando me han explicado esto a la llegada he solicitado irme del hotel y que reembolsen el dinero y se han negado rotundamente. La salida es a las 10:00 de la mañana y si te quieres quedar debes abonar 50 euros extras. HAY MILES DE APARTAMENTOS Y HOTELES MEJORES EN TENERIFE, además para el que no conozca tenerife la ubicación es una zona anticuada, no es la zona turística de la isla, recomiendo se alojen mejor en los cristianos, playa de las américas o los gigantes.
De los peores apartamentos de Tenerife.
Es una auténtica basura de apartamentos.

Beautiful hotel. Large apartments, and great location with only a 15 minute walk to Los Abrigos. Close by shops and restaurants. The pool, bar and sports area were very nice.
