Room was clean, roomy and warm when we arrived. Property is clean & as described on the website. I liked that the shower had a door instead of a curtain. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like lots of options. Only complaint would be the pillows were small and lumpy. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

Very basic, you need to ask for service the day before, but at check in nobody let you that detail.
Basic and worn out linens and towels also super basic toiletries

When I first drove up to the hotel the exterior lighting is very poor. Curb appeal is not how the photos depicted on website. The interior lobby reminds me of a senior nursing home facility. The room had a foul order coming from the bathroom.

Speedy check-in. Clean room and quiet evening. Breakfast was a good start for the day. Manager allowed me late check out so that I was able to change into travel clothes after a business event that morning.

Son graduate from college so we always stay here anyway when we come and visit.. The breakfast is pretty good and I like that they they the extra sofa that pulls out in bed. The rooms are pretty roomy.. we got the two queen beds suite and the has two tv in the room which is nice.. The college and restaurants and shopping outlet is so close by.. Well be back to visit. thank you happy customer! The only thing is the keys kept missing up but that's about it

Honestly not sure why this hotel has such a rating? Maybe it has gone down quickly. It’s very run down, the mattresses & shower curtains had stains. The walls were marked up. The hallways were hot. TBH, not an “excellent” hotel in my book. Should have 5 or 6 star rating, not 8. If you have higher hotel standards, I wouldn’t come here. The front desk is nice though.

I was bit by a spider in my bed! (5 TIMES) Did not feel till next day, I brought it to Elizabeth's attention. She said I can move you to a different room our you can check out (end of Quote) Elizabeth was not very concerned of my or my families wellbeing.
My second room was next to a UPS building very noisy!
Same Breakfast everyday.
Room wasn't clean Roof was falling a part base boards were rotted out.
When we arrived a Daddy Long Legs spider was hanging from the roof in the hall next to our room door. The gentleman on duty was notified and took care of it.
Worst time of my life, but they sure received their money before we even left! Great business practice Wingate by Wyndham.
Im sure nothing will be done about this review........

Old and musty. There is a UPS trucking facility next door and the trucks start moving around at 3:30 am making a lot of noise all morning long. Beeping and honking all morning. The rooms are not very nice. Needs remodeling. Not a great neighborhood.
