Very old discoloured towels and unpleasant odour in the sheets and the bedding plus old mattress without a mattress cover sheets are worn out from washing for a long number of years that we got allergic reaction on the first night we do not want to think of the cause of it!! The entrance is grand and the restaurant is fine, breakfast is average !

Estuvimos alojados en las habitaciones panorámicas, los servicios y atención del hotel fueron muy buenos. La pileta muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo y el menú del restaurante para la cena muy bueno también. El único detalle que podría mencionar, fue que un domingo quisimos pedir room service y como el restaurante estaba cerrado no había posibilidad de nada. Pero más allá de ese detalle, no opaca la calidad del hotel y la atención de todo el personal.

Fuimos al hotel a hospedarnos una sola noche y sinceramente la pasamos muy mal. Inicialmente la habitacion que nos dieron tenian un piso de alfombra completamente sucia. El cuarto tenia manchas en la pared, dejado completamente y sin matenimiento. Los sócalos del baño estaban amarillos del sarro y suciedad, con la bañera percudida. La tapa del inodoro tenia una mancha que facilmente se podria haber removido con una limpieza minima antes de recibirnos. Al momento de querer acostornos y al levantar la sabana nos encontramos con una mancha marron/roja en uno de los lados de la cama. Al seguir levantando la sabana nos encontramos con pelos de persona. Le pedimos al muchacho de recepcion que nos cambie las sabanas y, luego de esperar 15 minutos, nos comentó que solo tenian un juego de repuesto en todo el hotel!. Lo peor fue que al traernos este respuesto notamos que tambien manchado.... nos cambiaron de habitacion para volver a encontrar sabanas manchadas. Impresentables. Se nota mucho que el o los dueños del hotel ya no ponen interes en este negocio. No vuelvo ni recomiendo.

Un lugar muy bueno y tranquilo para los que viajan de Santiago a Buenos Aires y vice versa.Importante el estacionamento de autos.

Excelente Hotel, según mi experiencia superior a 4 estrellas, la amabilidad de su personal, principalmente Lucas Martini en recepción un 10, su atención, amabilidad, las personas que atienden el hotel dan una atención como si estuviésemos en casa. Lo otro importante destacar Desayuno espectacular, Restaurant para Cenar tarde noche extraordinario, la atención de Juan de excelencia. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras, grandes espacios, destacar la limpieza. En resumen haber pasado 2 noches en San Luis en este hotel una experiencia inolvidable, 10 de 10. Volveremos a San Luis y este será nuestro Hotel nuevamente.

Es buen hotel. Cerca de algunas lugares donde comer. En general muy amables todos. Llegamos el domingo 08-12 tipo 20:3. Pedimos dejar el auto en el estacionamiento del lado y la niña que no sé su nombre dijo que no. Que lo dejemos en otro que está a 50 m app. De todos en recepción era la menos amable. Lo era pero no como el resto. El desayuno es limitado pero aceptable, las piezas siempre limpias. La carta con buenos precios. Muy lentos si en la cocina. Pero recomendable.

Hermoso hotel tal como figura en las fotos. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, el restaurante que funciona en el hotel excelente y la atencion de todo el personal muy buena. La única critica es que la tele se ve muy mal. El espacio de spa y piscina cubierta es muy bueno también.

Muy buen hotel excelente ubicación, servicios tal cual se muestran en fotos. Amplias habitaciones con muy buena ilumina y ventilación. Excelente restaurante bueno y variado el menú y precios accesibles. Personal de trato agradable especialmente la atención de Carolina y disposición para recibir sugerencia. Volveríamos

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación. Linda vista, la habitación es muy espaciosa. El desayuno es bueno pero podría tener mas variedad. Excelente atención. Pileta y gimnasio en el último piso, pero el gimnasio podría ser un poco más completo. El hotel en general es muy bueno
