We had a wonderful stay! Awesome staff, 24-7 bar service. Clean rooms and beautiful views. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family. Thank you, El Colonial!

We really enjoyed our stay. Superb staff. Great location. Complimentary lobby bar for guests open 24/7. Nice rooftop area. Some umbrellas on the roof would be nice. We'll definitely stay there again.

The staff were more than helpful, from the second we walked in Lewis immediately greeted us with drinks (free open bar) and gave us great tips on how to start our vacation. Also the communication between staff was top notch! I will most definitely be staying here again when I visit back.

We loved pretty much everything about El Colonial, from the warm welcome to the awesome rooftop to our rooms. The beds were very comfy and it was so well located, close to everything. Parking is a short 2 blocks away in a secure garage. The lobby bar is a major plus. We will stay there again.

Extraordinary 11pm welcome at the bar with rum cocktails! Friendly staff, perfect location in Old San Juan. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff and hotel. Gives over very cool, modern boutique. Open bar for guests and wonderful location. Best part is definitely the friendly staff

Amazing location. Nice staff and open bar. Beautiful building and nice rooftop, but the rooms are a bit basic. Small bathroom and terrible mattress.
