On the first night of my arrival at the hotel, I encountered several issues. There was only one thin blanket provided for the sofa bed, and there were no fitted sheets, flat sheets, and extra pillows. I called the front desk several times and finally, a guy answered my call. The front desk asked me why I need extra blanket and sheets, and I explained that the room was cold, the sofa bed was not very clean and two persons needed to sleep on the sofa bed.
The front desk told me that he was the only one present now and asked me to wait. Despite waiting for more than one hour and feeling very sleepy, I had to go down to the front desk again, only to find no one was there. After waiting for some time, the guy finally returned and looked annoyed. He gave me the sheets, but I found the sheets were damp when I unfolded them in the room.
I had to go down to the front desk again and the guy told me that damp sheets are Hyatt Standard as they supposedly made it easier to cover the bed. I did not believe what he told me and insisted on getting new ones. Eventually, he reluctantly provided me with another new sheet which turned out to be very dry.
Despite the unpleasant experience, the sofa bed was not comfortable. The quality of room service varied, with some days being clean and some days not. Additionally, the hotel's advertised swimming pool on ******* looks so beautiful, turned out to be a tiny outdoor pool.
The breakfast ends at 9AM. Make sure to get up early during weekends.
