Very nice staff love the access to pool, beach and hot pool..Eddy front desk very acco.odating. Rooms are older but good for the money

Average hotel for the price. Downsides - No hot water, no hand towels or bath mats, had to ask for toilet paper, bed was extra firm. The “bar” in the hotel description and photos is non-functional. Positives - hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were friendly. Pool is small but clean and great for dipping your feet. Their sister hotel down the block has an amazing pool size hot tub you can use.

Stayed for 5 nights in February. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the nice man working the front helped me sort it out. Clean, simple rooms and nice terrace/pool area.

Bathroom shower curtain stinky, no tea, coffee, water in the room. TV picture quality was very poor. Not enough soaps.

We really enjoyed staying At The Windchimes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in doesn't start until 4pm which gave us a little time to walk around and get to know the area. Walking distance to Supermax and other convenient stores. Uber rides to La Placita and Old San Juan were less than 15 minutes. The rooms are simple, no fridge or microwave but they do come with AC. They dont have parking so if you decide to rent a car you will either need to look for street parking which wasnt very easy to find or find a 24hr parking lot. We rented a car from enterprise at the Marriott and you also have the option to park your car there. From thw Windchimes to the Marriot it was a 10 min uber ride. Overall, i would stay here again. This hotel is for people who arent looking for anything fancy. This worked out for us since we were out most of the day and would only go back to sleep and shower. I would stay here again 😊

The property itself was OK. Unfortunately, the room wasn't. There was holes in the quilt. The tub was dirty. My bathroom window led to the hallway. So I was able to hear Everything and everyone. Yet they say the rooms are sound proof. Also there's so called bar was not open one time while I was there completely empty. Refuse to give me a second key to the room.

The property advertises a bar advertises clean place. The place is absolutely filthy. The rooms the shower floors are black and I mean the rooms were just absolutely filthy. I mean hadn’t been dusted hadn’t been wiped down shower curtain had mold all over mold all in the shower bathroom sink did not have cold water. Excuse me did not have hot water, no plunger refrigerator rusted it advertises a kitchenette. It has two coffee cups and two knives. That’s not a very good kitchenette. They never offered to clean the room one time while I was there. I had to ask two different times for new towels. The pillows were horrible. I’ve been coming to Puerto Rico for 22 years , I’ve never been disappointed like this

This is my fourth time staying here, and I wanna love it so much. The staff is incredible. The power went out twice when I have been here three hours before checking out. It's a little noisy as well which doesn't bother me, but could bother others. The Wi-Fi is awful, not a huge deal just annoying. It's close and walkable to so many amazing, restaurants and shopping.
