Very nice staff love the access to pool, beach and hot pool..Eddy front desk very acco.odating. Rooms are older but good for the money

I believe is a very good place to stay, is near the beach, walkable and easy to reach. i will repeat if I go to San Juan again but they have to fix problems wit towels, there are not enough, beach towels and bathroom towels, you need to buy about 24 beach towels more, 24 bathroom sets of towels and hire someone more to clean the rooms, Staff people are very nice and kind, ahhhh and if you could put a wifirepeater modem in the bar so the rooms near there could enjoy WIFI, thank you, see you again

The bathroom windows are not covered and completely clear. The building that overlooks directly into your shower is even taller and anyone in that building could record anyone in the shower from the convenience of their home. Also my wife goes and asks ehat time the pool opens and they said 9am so 8:55am we went down again to get ready for a cool morning swim. Then the same person who knew we were coming back at 9am to swim tells us "oh i just put chlorine in the pool you have to wait 30 more minutes." We just left. Black mold all over the walls and ceiling in 127.

No parking at the hotel and surroundings, some staff not helpful. Ended up not staying at the hotel.

Great little place just minutes from the beach. Front service was very accomodating and friendly, great coffee in the morning. Kids really liked swimming in the pool! Only negative: parking was very hard to come by. Luckily we were only there 24 hours and the gas station attendant just down the road let us park in his lot for the duration.

I had such a lovely time! The staff members were friendly, the location was excellent, the pool was amazing, plenty of places to lounge outdoors. I loved it!

I liked the scenery- very pretty hotel.
I didnt like that the couch in the room. It had large stains. It looked nasty. I recommend that they burn it.
I didnt like that we were only provided with 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person and we had to walk to the front desk to get them.
Lastly, the room only had cool shower water.

Absolutely Filthy.
While they claim it’s “under renovations” they hosted us in one of the most run down, and dirty units i have ever stayed at. Furniture and Linens were soiled and stained, furniture full of accumulated dust, drawers with previous guests trash in it…..a horror.
