I called ahead of time to ask about the shuttle to the pier. The lady told me it was no problem and that it left at 11:00 am. When I got there to check in I asked about the shuttle and she showed me the big list of people that pre-signed and told me I might not make the first shuttle. I asked why I wasn’t put on the list when I first called. She said it was probably too early to put on the list. I told her that if someone would have told me that a list is made and to call back at a particular time I would have. She said I could always take a taxi it’s not that much. That statement was it for me. I picked the hotel for the free shuttle. After that we just took an Uber. The place was clean and reasonably priced.

The property was conveniently located to the port. For the money, you worked out well for an overnight stay, but not want to stay there for more than a couple of days. No swimming pool, no coffee maker, somewhat primitive.

Clean room,friendly _helpful staff. Fridge and microwave but no coffee machine. No chair & no facecloths provided.

Excellent service and staff is very friendly.
Provide transportation to the cruise port for free on time.
Very clean and the best rate in the are.
Microwave and fridge in the room. Hot water and ac works perfect.

The room air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, attempts to remedy it by the hotel staff did not work. No other room was available and so we had to sleep in a very hot room. In addition, there was no coffee available. On departure day, the hotel arranged for a shuttle to the sea port that never showed up, we managed to get a taxi on the street.

This property was cheaper than any hotel around it for good reason. It is on a very busy street and the sound from traffic on the street as well as anyone in the hallway was terrible. Windows are not sound proof and the door has a large panel of glass that does nothing to dampen sound. The TV did not work and the staff made no attempt to fix it. The shuttle to our cruise ship never showed up and 25 people had to take taxis. A horrible experience all the way around. Never again!!

Older hotel but clean. Only needed a room for 1 night before catching the ship. Worked good for that

A very basic hotel but lacked standard amenities.
No wash cloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.
When I asked the desk person how I was to shower without a washcloth she said to use my hands.
Won't be staying there again.
