Muy mala la habitación! Muy pequeña con olor a cloacas lo demás bien. Buena atención buen Desayuno y excelente ubicación a una cuadra del centro

Lindo hotel., modesto… lindas instalaciones. Muy Tranquilo el Ambiente… desayuno basico pero completo. Esta muy Bien ubicado, lo mejor la atención de todos los empleados! Súper amables y serviciales!

Reserve por su pagina web y aunque en la foto la habitacion parecia muy linda y luminosa, en la realidad fue todo lo contrario. Se trata de un Hotel antiguo, pleno centro de la ciudad, pero q lo estan reciclando. Nos dieron habitacion interna con ventana a espacio de aire y luz horrible. La habitacion sombria, acolchado agujereado (por cigarrillo probablemente) La atencion muy buena , muy amables , cambiaron el acolchado cuando avise ( x las dudas) . La ducha , espacio reducido, yo soy delgado, una persona mas grande tendra dificulta para duch****) . Asiento del inodoro roto y flojo El desayuno incluido, basico, nada para destacar. En sintesis, no hay mucho hotel en esta ciudad, parecia lindo en las fotos, pero por el precio que no era barato, esperaba algo mejor. Pago con tarjeta tiene recargo, otro dato q no figura en la web. Si hubiera estado mejor, nos quedabamos mas dias en la ciudad q es muy bella.

Muy lindo hotel boutique, bien decorado, confortable y con un desayuno excelente. Las habitaciones están equipadas con lo básico, pero alcanza. Muy buena la atención. La ubicaciín es excelente. Volveria.

Lamentablemente tuvimos una muy mala experiencia en este hotel. La primer noche nos congelamos de frío xq no andaba el aire. El baño se inunda, entonces cada vez que uno se baña queda inhabilitado, no podes volver a entrar ni para lavarte los dientes. Llegamos un día 18 ha y no estaba la habitación hecha, nos dijeron que era xq x nuestros reclamos nos iban a cambiar de habitación, y desp nos dijeron que no. En el baño no hay ni lugar para colgar la toalla ni los cepillos de dientes. Muy incómodo. Hay partes del hotel sin terminar. Lo único para destacar es la excelente atención de todos los empleados, que no tienen la culpa de las deficiencias edilicias y encima tienen que dar la cara, ya que pedimos hablar con el gerente y nunca apareció. Conclusión, pasamos 3 noches y nos la pasamos haciendo reclamos pa re a pasar la estadia lo más acorde a lo que pagamos. No es una buena experiencia para ningún pasajero.

Muy buen hotel con excelente ubicación enfrente de la plaza principal de la ciudad de San Juan. Ideal para recorrer las atracciones ptincipales del centro. Desayuno rico y abundante. Habitaciones amplias con cómodos colchones.

Buena ubicación. La habitación cuádruple pequeña y casi sin ventilación. Una pequeña ventana que daba al estacionamiento de al lado y se escuchaban ruidos. El ascensor muy pequeño. Las camas cómodas y el lugar limpio. Buen desayuno. El personal de recepción muy amable. La llave es un programa solo compatible con android.
