The hotel was fairly clean but sink didn’t work and they didn’t fix or change rooms.
The food at the hotel wasn’t good. The bellhop were the nicest and young cho cho, the concierge were great.
The hotel had very few activities. It was boring!

For the last 4 years I have always traveled to Mexico and have had a great time and enjoyed every resort until NOW!! This resort was just awful, it’s definitely low maintenance! They promote that it was refurbished in 2022 but it looks run down! The “in all inclusive” option is a scam…you have to make reservation in the restaurants in order to dine, the only restaurant that is open is the breakfast place. One night I had to go out to eat because on the day that I arrived obviously I didn’t have a reservation at the restaurant and couldn’t eat. The breakfast buffet is SOOOOO limited I’m confused why they call it a buffet. The building is so run down please check out the pictures

Grounds were beautiful, beach clean (although you can’t swim), friendly staff! Food was ok. Not much for entertainment. Perfect for a super relaxing, laid back vacation.

Food choices.limited. Buffet quality has went down. Room was fine but hallways and stairs filthy. Flight got canceled one day and they were crazy expensive for for one day and ******* would only let us book if we did two nights.

My wife and I had a great time. We were there for three nights (4 days) total bill $820. No it's not a five star hotel but that isn't what we paid for either. We wanted a safe clean place to go get out of the snow for a few days. That is what got. We thought the staff was over all very friendly. We thought the food was very satisfactory. No you don't get the big fancy ice sculpture and the fancy cut melons but we don't care about that anyway. It may be a little past its prime. The tennis court was a little run down. The pickle ball net was a little saggy but we did play pickle ball and had fun. I'm in hotels on average seven times a month. Mostly Marriotts, Hiltons, Hyatt's... four star hotels. I was very comfortable with the cleanliness of this hotel. If you want a safe, clean place to sit in the sun and go for a walk along the beach, it is great. The waves break pretty hard and it is not a good place for swimming. The pool is nice and they have a fun area with slides for little kids. Kids older than about 8 years old may not like it much. ... I would recommend it for a person on a budget that cares more about value than frills. The buffets for us were very acceptable. At night they have what my wife and I thought was a nice restaurant. If you lean towards the "snooty" side, this may not be the place for you. If you are a working person looking for a good value for your hard earned dollars.... I don't think you can beat it.
