I went to check in and gave the woman at the desk my card for my $50 deposit...she slides the card the first time and said that it didn't go through so she asks if she could try one more time so she slides it a second time and then says that the card is locked. I call my bank while still there and the bank said that the card wasn't locked and that the motel deducted the $50 deposit two times. So $100 missing from my account. Told the gentleman that was now at the counter which her the phone conversation and said that his system shows that i never paid any $50 deposit. I have to go back tomorrow to talk to his Supervisor but they were adamant that they didn't receive no money from sliding my card. I was so angry
