Buen hotel vacacional situado en San Gwan, a pocos minutos en coche de Sliema y La Valetta. Existe un servicio gratuito de lanzadera a La Valetta con reserva previa y no demasiada frecuencia. Tiene dos piscinas exteriores de aguas cálidas en las que se bañan indistintamente niños y mayores y hay multitud de hamacas. El horario es muy inglés: de 10 de la mañana a 6 de la tarde, pero no parecen ser muy estrictos. El resto de instalaciones (tenis, spa, sauna, piscina interior climatizada, masajes...) no las usamos, pero tienen buena pinta. El desayuno buffet en el restaurante es muy completo y el servicio muy bueno, al igual que la atención en recepción. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación "familiar" que tenía salón con una pequeña cocina, en la que no funcionaba el horno ni la campana extractora y carecía de microondas. La limpieza bien en general, aunque nosotros tuvimos que reclamar que nos cambiaran las sábanas al quinto día de nuestra estancia. En general, estuvimos a gusto y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia.

Tappa fissa quando mi trovo a Malta
Non riesco a trovare un difetto a questo albergo, dalla stanza molto ampia e confortevole alla colazione sublime, dalle piscine e spa al personale molto simpatico e disponibile..

Abbiamo soggiornato da Urban Valley Resort & SPA a Febbraio 2022 e siamo stati veramente bene. Il posto è bellissimo, personale cordiale e sorridente, cibo ottimo, colazioni abbondanti, unica pecca la spa e la palestra, un po’ da rivedere. Ma in generale, consigliatissimo. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

I was given a room with a nice view of the pool eventually after I complained with the ground floor room I was given. I told them of my disability and they changed my room without a fuss. I just didn't like my last stay when a group of people started partying until they left at almost 12 midnight. I then had to change room at past 12 midnight when I was already very drowsy from the medications I take. Made me very tired and ill the next day. Ruined my last day in Malta.

I chose UV for it’s location to the university as this visit to Malta was a work related. I should add that the visit was extended in order to catch up with some friends.
The facilities at the hotel were absolutely fine for my/our needs, lots of parking space etc.
I found the client facing staff to be very attentive, polite and professional; this is so important with regard to considering a return visit.
So, I no complaints and complements all round.
