SONO STATO IN QUESTA LOCATION AD AGOSTO 2023, LE INFORMAZIONI RICEVUTE TELEFONICAMENTE ALL'ATTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE SONO STATE DIFFORMI DALLA REALTA', HANNO SPACCIATO UNA SUITE CHE HO PAGATO COME TALE PER UNA NORMALE CAMERO CON ACCESSO DIFFICOLTOSO E NON RISPONDENTE AGLI STANDARD MINIMI. IL LUOGO E' INCANTEVOLE MA LASCIATO UN PO' COSI' IN PISCINA POCHI USAVANO LA CUFFIA, MENTRE MI ERA STATO RACCOMANDATO DI PORTARLA PER ACCEDERVI, COSI COME HANNO PRETESO PAGAMENTO ANTICIPATO DEL 50% ALL'ATTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE. LA COSA CHE MI HA LASCIATO VERAMENTE DI STUCCO E' STATA LA COLAZIONE PESSIMA CON UNA SIGNORA SGORBUTICA E SCOSTANTE, NON VOGLIO DIRE COSA PENSO, PURTROPPO SICILIANA COME ME CHE RISPONDEVA IN MODO SGARBATO ANCHE INNANZI AD EVIDENTI MANCHEVOLEZZE NELLA SALA COLAZIONE. FACCIO LA RECENSIONE SOLO CON L'AUSPICIO CHE POSSANO MIGLIORARE.

Arrived at Villa which we have stayed at in the past on several occasions (5 years ago being the last time). Booked our usual deluxe apartment on the 2nd floor which comes with a kitchen. After being shown to our room with no assistance with the luggage up the stairs in 32 degrees in heat, I then had to return to the reception building and ask where the kettle and cooking utensils were. I was told that you have to hire these at 5 euros per day! Even though we had booked an apartment with a kitchen. This wasn’t so back in 2018, had apparently came into in 2020 during the pandemic. There was no mention of this in the booking confirmation! The kettle included in the kitchen kit for hire, was a small Italian style coffee pot placed on the hob and no good of English coffee or tea, only espresso. We went out a purchased a travel kettle to cover our needs. The receptionist was very rude, flippant and couldn’t careless whether we stayed or not. Towards the end of the week, we received an email advising us of a flight cancellation and had to ask if we could stay another night, this was offered in another room at an outrageously high cost. We had to pack our bags, leave our room and then wait for the other room to become available. When I asked if we could leave our clothes in our room while the next room was being cleaned, we were told no, but you can put them In your car or down by the pool area and wait . I believe the place is under different ownership as the old staff were far more helpful. And if you do stay, take ear plugs as two dogs bark all night long making a peaceful night sleep impossible. Personally we aren’t ever going back to this resort, and I suggest you look around as there are far better, don’t be fooled by the photos, it’s a nice place but it has far too many flaws

Incredible villa in the Tuscan hills, beautiful views and great location to explore the area from but you will need a car. Clean, rustic room with good facilities. The service was fantastic, very helpful staff. We enjoyed using the pool and had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. We didn’t have a balcony so we had our own private shaded outdoor area where we ate most nights. We chose not to cook so didn’t inquire about a kettle or other cooking utensils, but these weren’t provided in the room so you may need to request these. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Really unpleasant accommodation. No WiFi in the rooms. Linen was unclean and everything is charged for separately (including use of pool, use of cooling or heating in the room).

Soggiorno dal 26 al 28 Aprile, giorni compresi nel lungo ponte del mese. Struttura con un buon potenziale ma gestita con superficialità e con poca attenzione ai dettagli. Un attenuante potrebbe essere il fatto di essere all'inizio della stagione estiva ma la cura dei giardini circostanti, degli spazi comuni e delle attività da poter svolgere era molto scarsa. Al nostro arrivo la camera prenotata per 3 adulti si presentava solamente con il letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere che il divano letto venisse preparato...con il risultato di una preparazione molto frettolosa. Alle ore 9 del mattino del 27 Aprile lasciamo la ns camera per la giornata di visite della località per farci rientro alle ore 16 e la stanza non era stata sistemata. Premetto che, a giudicare dalle presenze e dalle auto nel parcheggio, le camere occupate presumo fossero poche. A seguito di mia richiesta in reception di pulizia della stanza, anche questa volta la stessa è stata effettuata in modo molto superficiale e frettoloso...ovvero è stato rifattto solamente il letto. Il bagno cosi come il pavimento della stanza non è stato pulito. Peccato in quanto potrebbe essere una location molto bella mettendoci solamente un po' di attenzione in più...e questo non deve dipendere dalla stagionalità in cui si soggiorna. Le foto, così come il sito della struttura, non hanno rispecchiato ciò che realmente è stato trovato in loco.

Un'oasi di pace e relax. Posizione ottima per visitare San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Volterra e Siena. Appartamento ampio, pulito e confortevole. Ci si trova immersi nel verde, con ulivi a perdita d'occhio.

Ho alloggiato in una stanza del Borgo Mariano. Posto incantevole. La stanza era dotata di tutti i confort necessari, pulita e accogliente. Impeccabile anche l'efficienza del personale presente al borgo, persone squisite, gentili e sempre pronte ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità. Bella la piscina e molto bello lo spazio esterno riservato ad ogni stanza. Si gode di grande pace e silenzio. Unica vera grande pecca, la colazione, veramente pessima, non all'altezza del luogo. Decisamente troppo costosa per ciò che offre: pochissima scelta, e non è presente il servizio bar. Le bevande calde sono fruibili solo da una macchinetta di cattiva qualità. Quando ho domandato un cappuccino con latte vegetale, miceli stata portata solo una tazza con del latte di soia scaldato e senza schiuma, a cui ho dovuto aggiungere il caffè della macchinetta in autonomia. Altro grande problema, al mio arrivo ho specificato di essere intollerante al lattosio,nonostante ciò, ho potuto mangiare solo fette biscottate e marmellata, cereali e frutta (il primo giorno terminata già alle 9.30 nonostante il servizio colazione fosse aperto fino alle 10.00). Ancor più grave, il secondo giorno l'hotel era rimasto sfornito di latte vegetale, per cui ho potuto bere solo un caffè della macchinetta. Un vero peccato.

Dopo essere scappati da un hotel pessimo, nel quale ci siamo rifiutati persino di pernottare una notte, chiamo questa struttura, che già conoscevo. Hanno fatto del tutto per farci passare un ferragosto al top! Abbiamo trascorso due giorni splendidi e mangiato superbamente alla Locanda del borgo. Super consigliato per ambiente, accoglienza, personale disponibile e gentile. Il nostro bambino è super felice grazie a tutto lo staff!

Lugar mágico, rodeado de naturaleza, en el que uno se siente transportado en el tiempo
