Located right outside Powell Street station of Bart if you’re traveling from airport in Bart then it’s very convenient The room is big enough to open and pack two big luggage Amenities were lacking though the tissue box is empty when I first get into the room and no slippers to be found in the room We asked concierge and they quickly placed new ones for us Toilet is quite old but generally it’s clean

Location of the hotel is good. As told, left side of the hotel is more safe than the right side as there are not many homeless people on the left side. The hotel provides daily cleaning and refills bath amenities automatically. The air conditioning is quite cool but can be adjusted, nevertheless, the blanket is not thick enough which slightly affected sleeping quality.

The location is perfect, easy to access all the famous spots in SF. Overall service was also nice. However, the facilities in the bathroom need to replace with new ones, or, at least, it needs to be fixed. 1. the drain in the sink was clogged, so water went down slowly. 2. I hoped to take a rest from the fatigue of my long journey with a lower-body bath, but it was almost impossible since the tub cap looks like broken, and the water in the tub kept leaking. It was a somewhat disappointing experience considering the hotel is regarded as the best one in SF.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. I booked a fairmont exterior king room with a view. The room itself was nice but what I really liked was the walk in wardrobe and luxurious marble bathroom with his and hers sinks. Breakfast at the hotel and dinner in the Tonga room was also really good. Customer Service was top dollar. The only criticisms I would have are that:- 1) There was only one functioning lift from the main foyer to hotel rooms, 2) upon checking in a hold fee of $100 per night is placed on your debit/ credit card (only returnable 5-7 days after departure) and 3) some of the meals were overpriced, I was charged approx $55 for a medium sized pizza and bottle of water on one night. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would return.

Close to Fisherman's Wharf and restaurants. The $30 daily ”hotel fee” seemed a bit much for a ”free” bottle of water and internet access. They could have at least included free coffee in the lobby. We did take advantage of the nice bikes, so we got our money's worth. Room smelled fresh every day and didn't have that musty smell you sometimes have after a few days. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Usually don't stay at Hyatt, but would definitely return to this one.

The location ia wonderful The lobby very beautiful but the ber closes at 23:00,very early!!! The reception was very kind The rooma very big with good view.The only negative that the windows were dirty. The pool was so fime and the jacuzzi. The breakfast seema small,but its to big and variable.The food in the hotel restaurant is exciting!!! Guys one of thr best hotel in my life!!!

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown. I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing! I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out. It is a clear and tidy hotel with no doubt. However, some of its staff were extremely rude. I went down to ask them if the hotel offered turndown services. The man starred at me then asked, in a highly disrespectful tone, “what do you mean by a turndown service?” Completely shocked that I would encounter such a question at a Nikko hotel, I could not say a word for like ten seconds while that man continued starring at me. How can I reason his behavior if not an intentional embarrassment?

The property seems completely new.. everything is fresh, beautifuly designed and clean. Staff is great, helpful and happy to help. Slight glitch - often the front desk is very busy ( it's a big hotel) and only on charming staff member.. ? Pool (not heated) is cool, as they write on the wall... with many pool ”inflatables” for the guests. Room is big, spacious, comfortable and of course, as clean as they come. Play room next to the lobby is a gem for a family after a long day. Huge bonus: free (neatly designed) bikes to hotel guests! ( first in first served). A fantastic experience in san francisco, caza hotel had a big part in it.

A hotel with a long history, the public area perfectly preserves the grandeur of the past, but the rooms... are more like the bedrooms of palace servants? The room was clean and tidy, but not ”palace”.
