The location is unrivaled,close to the city center,the sightseeing area and China town!
The price is unrivaled because it is as low as 35 per night including breakfast!!!
The Inn staff is unrivaled as he is so nicely explained everything about the policy for me!
The only thing is that the bed is squeaky ,a bit annoying
But anyway,it’s a budget inn, right?
Will stay there next time in SA

They did not check me in nor advise me ahead that Orange Billage Hostel does not accept residets from San Francisco. This was my first hotel/ hostel that did not accept my reservation. I've been staying in Marriot/ Hyatt and other hotels in union square SF since 2018. Terrible

The staff were nice and the room was very chic, but there was just a liiittle bit of sketchiness in the check-in process. The fact that they did the bookkeeping on paper felt outdated and the $5 deposit for keys felt weird. But they said they're gonna switch to key cards at some point soon so that'll be nice for future residents. Aside from that it was really nice for the price.

Great spot for backpackers! People will tell you the neighbourhood looks rough, but it's not bad. Just stay alert like with travelling anywhere.
The hostel staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and has variety (toast, cereal, yoghurt, bananas, plus coffee and tea).
The hostel rooms are clean enough, what you'd expect from a backpackers with everything a little older but still functional and comfortable. Loved it there, would definitely stay again!

Had a great 1 night stay here .Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and was excellent. This is my second stay here and I will definately stay again
