Motel 6 San Francisco, CA

Het hotel is perfect gelegen in het centrum, in een gebied dat niet erg rustig en behoorlijk achtergesteld is, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was bevredigend. De bushaltes liggen op een paar minuten afstand: de pijnpunten waren de slechte en bijna afwezige WiFi, en een probleem met de afvoer in de badkamer dat in ieder geval de volgende dag werd opgelost. Personeel vriendelijk genoeg en we zijn erin geslaagd om zonder problemen te slapen. Ik zou het niet aanbevelen aan een gezin met kleine kinderen, omdat er zeer moeilijke gebieden in de buurt van het hotel zijn en 's nachts naar die gebieden gaan is niet geruststellend. Het is beter om een ​​taxi te bellen en niet in de omgeving te wandelen.

Great budget hotel in Hollywood. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and air conditioning works a treat. Great location. Literally 1 min walk from Hollywood walk of fame. So much shopping and things to do within a few minutes of the hotel. My only complaint was the elevator was very very slow, so I used the stairs instead. Might have been an issue for people on higher floors, but I was on the second floor.

front desk lady seemed like she hated her life and i felt like i was inconveniencing her by being there. first we got a smoking room that was NASTY. smelled terrible and the shower was extra gross (didnt look cleaned, still had an open used bar of soap). called front asked for a new room that didnt smell and she said “they all smell”. then got a new room and it was ok but first thing we walked into was a roach on the floor. pretty sure there was blood on the wall as well. besides that it was in a kinda sketchy spot, but lots of security cameras and provided parking. wasnt scared personally, but my friend was a little freaked. not far from where we wanted to go, maybe 15 minutes max. for the price, it was ok. mostly booked for convenience. drove by a way nicer motel 6 a little further in, WAY BETTER.

Don’t let the name for you. This Motel was amazing. We had six devices connected to the Internet and it was fast. They gave us extra towels and linens. They provided concierge services on places to visit & restaurants. There is a bodega close by to buy food. There’s also a coffee shop called Jane close by as well.

Nice staff, relatively safe building, close to some stuff. Too close to the Tenderloin to feel safe. Lots of homeless and dealers and kind of a dark vibe. That said, it was cheap. Bed was old and springs weren't so great for my back.

If you don’t like the dirtyness of the city then bye but I love it when I stay here very comfortable

Very pleasant stay the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
