2/16〜20まで4泊しました。部屋にはミニキッチン、コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジがありました。カトラリーは、ワインオープナーなども揃っています。シャワーのみで浴槽はなし。シャワーの勢いはまぁまぁ。トイレのペーパーホルダーが後ろにあるので使いづらかった。歯ブラシはフロントで貰える。
ホテルのロケーションは、テンダーロインと呼ばれる治安が良くない所の境目にあり、1ブロック入ると空気が違うので、滞在中のほとんどをUberを利用しました。徒歩でホテルからユニオンスクエアを経由してPowell.st駅まで向かうのですが、正直、今の治安では恐怖だらけでした。近くにAkiko sushi barがあり、リカーショップもあるので最悪食事はどうにかなります。
チェックアウトの際、駐車場を利用していないにも関わらず、誤って利用登録されていた。ホテルのフロントの女性達はアメリカらしい感じです。
また利用するかというと、微妙です。

Mooi hotel in een goede wijk vlak bij Union square. Parkeren alleen mogelijk via valet parking, maar wij hadden geen zin om verder te zoeken, het is toch overal in de stad duur.
De kamer was mooi en schoon.
Het restaurant in het hotel was erg goed, er zat ook een kleine bar bij. Verder voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Hotel rooms are more spacious than most in San Francisco and include a loveseat or couch. The property has unique amenities on the rooftop, including an indoor lounge, a small, hot tub indoors, and an area to walk around and view the city outside.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was large and airy and the kitchenette was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and rooftop seating overlooking the city. Great location, very close to union square and transport links.

The staff was very kind and accommodating! The room was clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and you are within walking distance of anything you need.

I reserved the Donatello for 2 nights on *******,and tried to add an additional night, the day before my reservation. Instead of adding that night on to my existing reservation, they booked it as a different reservation, so it was twice the price. The heat went out that night, and we didnt have any heat, during an atmospheric river episode, the 3 days we were there. I am thankful the comped my parking for the 2 days i had booked through *******, but they did not help with parking the first night. It was very inconvenient to have no heat with my 85 year old mother in law and my 3 year old twins. We were all very cold in the room. Fyi, there are a lot of homeless, around the hotel. They dont bother you when you are on the hotel property, but if u plan on venturing out for food or something, expect to see homeless everywhere! Overall, not a good experience at the Donatello, in San Francisco!

Great place to stay close to Union Square and transport options all within a short walk. Would highly recommend and would use again quite happily.
