Great environment and location. Personal was nice and helpful. The restaurant is a bit expensive but have a great taste!

值得推介！酒店各方面也很出色，地點方便，房間新淨，房間也很大，員工有禮，這兒有一間不錯的酒吧，有空可以一試。

The room was great. We ate a Mary Janes for breakfast and it was wonderful. The location was fun but with that it was horribly noisy. The golf carts blasting their music parked right under our window. We wanted to get dinner again at Mary Janes but for some reason they were closed so we had to find a place out of the hotel which was horrible. They were doing a water fix that turned the water off in the hotel between 11pm and 3am. Not a problem but a horrible stench woke us all up during this time. Our family is split on whether or not we would go back. The positives were great, the negatives sadly offset.

Was very disappointed. We arrived at our room and it wasn’t very clean. The shower had hair still on the walls from the last guest. The hot water never got hot when we showered like warm at best. The air conditioning rattled every time it turned on and the ceiling had several water bubbles in the paint in the restroom and near the air conditioner. We usually love this place but not anymore will not stay here anymore

Room was old and furniture was really worn. Shower was broken and at the end was charged an extra $200 for parking and mini bar when we didn’t even touch the mini bar and parking was supposed to be $50 per night but overcharged us for that as well. Will never stay here again!

The hallway noise was incredibly loud, concert goers coming back to the rooms was like they were in the room.
We chose the hotel because of the sports bar and the Large Tvs to view the college football playoff games. Upon returning from dinner the sports bar informed us they were closing early and we could not watch the game and the hotel had no other viewing options. While trying to access and figure out where to go they locked the door and turned off the TVs and told us to leave. Never have I heard of or experienced such, if you have one customer you serve them as if the room was packed. Not close early because its slow so existing customers and hotel guest must leave. Very Sad.

Was very excited for a first HRH stay. Our expectations were a little high. The room wasn’t as pristine. Wallpaper loose in many areas. Cracked bathroom counter top. Small bottles of bathroom amenities. Noisy neighbors with a hot tub.

Rooms are average considering the price you pay. Great location. Clean. Not a lot of eating options in the hotel.
