Very nice hotel and property. Rooms are a little tired, bathrooms are spacious but again, a little dated. Quiet, peaceful. Great central location

The AC did not work, the room was hot and humid. Asked twice for it to be fixed with no resolution.

What a perfect location! It’s right in the middle of Little Italy and on the exact same block as the Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays! It’s 2 blocks from the trolley also. The shower and water pressure are the best I’ve ever had in any hotel. We were in a pretty tiny room but made it work and the staff was super attentive and accommodating. Towels are soft and the fitness room is small but has everything you need. Even though coffee is not included, right downstairs is a fantastic coffee shop and Gelateria. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is in a perfect spot, we got the corner room and it was so nice. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. Around 5am the trash trucks were up and down the street collecting it was a little loud. Over all we loved the location.

Awesome location in Little Italy area of town. Many restaurants and bars in the area with outside dining. Small rooms. Great coffee shop and pizza shop downstairs. Great little interior courtyard. Friendly staff with good food recommendations. If you love Italian food, you'll be in love with this place and area. Never waiting more than a few minutes for an Uber. Little Italy area much more laid back than the Gaslamp district.

Perfect spot within walking distance of the trolley to get to other hot spots in San Diego. Staff was kind and professional regarding anything we needed. Great little spots within the neighborhood for eating and drinking, as well as a fun farmers market twice a week!

Our room itself was ok.. the first room we were given was not ready so we went back downstairs and they gave us another room right away. The room is very small, nothing fancy about it if that’s what you’re looking for then maybe get their more expensive room? On Saturday morning they had a huge farmers market right outside our hotel and along that whole street which was cool. Plenty of restaurants that were walking distance. Parking is an additional $35 that they deduct from the $100 deposit.
