The most important things in a hotel are comfort, safety and cleanliness. This hotel had none of those things. Our flight landed at 9pm, so by the time we rented our car and drove out to the hotel we arrived around 11pm. Our room was on the bottom floor with thin sliding glass doors. There was a walking path directly in front of our windows and then a row of bushes that blocked our view, but also allowed complete coverage for anyone breaking into the room. I told my kids we would change rooms the next day. When they got into bed one of my kids found a long black hair in the sheets which made me suspect that the sheets had not been changed. I told them it may have fallen off when the maid was changing them, but the blanket we got out of the closet also had a wad of black hair on it. We tried to sleep, but the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thin. (I also suspect they were 2 doubles, instead of the 2 queens we paid for). I would have checked out that night if it hadn't been 12am and I didn't want to drag my kids out in the middle of the night. After tossing and turning on the uncomfortable beds, at 2am I decided we would check out the next day. When thinking about writing a review I was thinking of giving them 2 stars because the woman at the desk when we checked in was very nice. But when they charged us $100 for checking out early the next morning, I would say even their customer service is lacking. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
