Buena vista del lago desde la habitación. Amplia. Cama cómoda. Televisor sin hd pero igualmente se ve bastante bien. Desayuno típico de hotel. Baño viejo de decoración pero el agua de la ducha muy buena. La ubicación es inmejorable. La recepción muy servicial.

Estuve tres días desde el 12-11-21 hasta el 15.11.21, anteriormente ya me había alojado en este hotel, pero esta vez había pagado la estadía con un Voucher de PEIXE (ex Groupon) y había postergado la fecha de la estadía porque todavía no estábamos vacunados contra el COVID. Yo temía que no me respeten mi reserva porque PEIXE dejó de existir antes de que viajáramos. Se portaron super bien respetando lo que habíamos convenido, no me cobraron nada extra. Yo viaje con mi hija (discapacitada) y me sorprendió la calidez del personal , personal RE RE SERVICIAL. En planta baja del hotel hay un dispenser que tiene agua caliente y agua fría. de donde te podes abastecer sin pagos extra. La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno muy completo (aunque hay que pedir turno por el aislamiento debido a la pandemia). Recomiendo este "excelente hotel de tres estrellas".

Habitaciones no acorde a las fotos. La atención en el desayuno fue muy mala. Habitaciones incómodas. No brindaron soluciones esperadas. Vinimos a pasar un buen miembro y tuvimos que cambiar de hotel rápidamente

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, esta en pleno centro y es muy lindo y cálido, las habitaciones son agradables y muy cómodas, en cuanto a la atención del personal, y más específicamente a la que nos brindaron las encargadas del desayuno/cena impecable, atentas y accesibles, la comida riquísima, platos sencillos pero abundantes. ¡Volvería de tener la oportunidad! Hermosa experiencia.

La experiencia consta de dos aristas: Por una lado la fotos engañan, no es lo que te muestran. Y por el otro, el trato y las maneras de los empleados, especialmente de la gente del desayuno, deja mucho que desear. Recrea perfectamente el Hotel Transylvania.

Excelente atención! Siempre atentos a lo que los pasajeros necesitan, impecable, cálido y la mejor ubicación!!! Todos los servicios de excelente nivel y el personal súper! Totalmente recomendable para una estadía ideal!
