Es un lugar muy lindo limpio cuenta con todas las comodidades agua bien caliente con calefacción en la habitación cuenta con equipo de frío para guardar los alimentos es un lugar super completo te brinda todas las comodidades

La forma de pago esta mal. Mi hija me pagó la estadiá con su tarjeta y no se acreditó por no coincidir titular con pasajero. Cobren de la tarjeta, como en todos lados, y no compliquen a la gente. Como hicieron conmigo. Inentendible procedimiento!

Lamentablemente tuvimos una mala experiencia en el Hostel. Su dueño fue poco amable, con trato grosero e irrespetuoso. Nos alojamos solo 1 día y al realizar el check out a las 11.00 h. nos cobro otro día más, a pesar de que las condiciones del alojamiento en relación a los horarios en la web, hace referencia que el check out es a las 12.00 h. Al no emitir factura alguna del mismo, acudí a la secretaria de Turismo Bariloche a realizar el correspondiente reclamo y me proponen exponer lo sucedido en Defensa del consumidor. Debido al horario de atención y que debía regresar a mi ciudad por fuerza mayor no fue posible continuar con el reclamo. No lo recomiendo!!!

El dueño estuvo a los gritos durante los 2 días que estuvimos alojados, cuando le pedimos si podía dejar de gritar nos echó devolviéndonos la plata y diciendo que íbamos a terminar en la comisaría, cuando le pregunté cuál era el motivo por el cual ejercía el derecho a admisión y permanencia solo afirmo que éramos "malas personas", cuando le dije que no podía echarnos por eso dijo que el podía afirmar que habíamos fumado en el lugar o que habíamos hechos ruidos molestos y nosotros no íbamos a poder hacer nada. No andaba bien la ducha ni la cadena del baño. Además de exigir el uso de barbijo sin utilizarlo. Horrible experiencia, nunca la pasé tan mal en un hostel.
