Hardly slept due to a few factors. 1. The radiator in the bathroom was on continuously making the room hot and stuffy 2. You have to open windows at night to get fresh air as no air conditioning. 3. Very noisy neighbourhood so opening windows causes a different problem 4. There is a mini fridge which also makes noise and cannot be turned off as the plug is hidden. 5. We didn't actually get the room that we booked on **********
6. No smoke alarms
7. No fruit at breakfast option

I wouldn’t stay there again. No closet to store clothes. No shelves in shower for shampoo etc. Very very small. Breakfast very basic.
Good points: lovely view and. Comfortable bed

Our room windows were to the street, each time a truck or bus passed by the room shaked waking us up. Other than that all great!

El hotel está muy cerca del centro cívico de Bariloche. La habitación la encontré algo estrecha; así como el baño, pero la vista hacia el lago es muy bonita. Si hay que subir una cuesta para llegar, pero no es demasiado empinado y cae bien hacer algo de ejercicio. No me gustó que el check out es a las 10 am, lo que me parece muy temprano.

Excelente acomodação, organização, bom atendimento e comunicação.
Para quem viaja com crianças, não recomendo pois a locomoção a pé, é necessário subir um ladeira.
E ficamos também no subsolo, sendo necessário subir e descer lances de escada com criança de colo.
Nosso quarto ficou bem na cozinha ontem é oferecido o café da manhã, o barulho e a conversa logo cedo nos incomodou um pouco também.
Vista do quarto é linda.
Tivemos problemas também com muitas formigas no banheiro.

Teve uma confusão na hora do check-in que o quarto não estaria limpo, então fomos dar um passeio no centro para que na volta o quarto estivesse limpo. O que aconteceu foi que quando chegamos o quarto esteva sujo, chão sujo, cama não trocada e banheiro com restos de sabonete, o pior de tudo foi que não podíamos reclamar pois não fica nenhum funcionário no hotel.
