Loud dogs barking at 5am , kids screaming and running down hallway as well

Enjoyed our stay for the most part but 2nd night the floor above us was loud til midnight. I called to complain at 1030pm but the stomping didn't stop til midnight. The front desk staff were not very friendly and didn't seem to care much about our complaint. Was convenient to be close to the parks but won't spend this much money again for a mediocre experience.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and dining area (for the free breakfast only, no restaurant otherwise) are huge with plenty of space and during the day fairly quiet for working. Breakfast food was pretty good and servers were very nice. Honestly, my biggest complaint was the coffee was absolutely horrible, basically coffee water, and only available in the lobby. The surrounding area is bare-bones and must be fairly new as absolutely nothing in walking distance; yet with typical TX feeder-road site location, it was really easy to jump on highway and go a few exits down for whatever restaurants or other needs you have.

My flight arrived late. I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 A.M. an alarm went off at 3 in the morning for no reason. I tried to go back to sleep but a plumbing pipe was gurgling all morning so I did not sleep at all. I let it be known to the front desk and all I received was “we’ll look at it”. That was it. Terrible stay.

We were there for an Air Force Graduation, 11 of us in all. We found the hotel staff to be super helpful and friendly. The hotel had great common areas, exercise room, pool and free hot breakfast too!! We all enjoyed😍

We liked everything about our stay here. My children had so much fun in the pool and fitness center. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Stay was great! I feel like the lobby could’ve been a little bit cleaner, but I do understand that they have a lot of foot traffic. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff was great and the room was very comfortable and very spacious. Very quiet for it being New Years weekend. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again.
