Aloft San Antonio Airport

The amenities were good and the shuttle is available 24/7. The room was nice and there are shops nearby. The shuttle can also take you anywhere is a three mile radius.

It was an overall nice place, quiet! Everything was clean for the most part! But the only thing was that there was food in the mini fridge that belonged to someone before us!

The guest service ladies were the absolute best! Helpful nice and friendly polite people and every day with a smile on their faces

Arrived at the airport and tried to call the hotel for a shuttle, the number did not work. Got to the hotel, via Uber, and checked in. Showed the receptionist the issue with trying to call and merely got a shrug. The room only had 1 light switch that controls the bathroom lights; this is fine if you’re staying alone. If your spouse gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, expect to see the lights turn on in the room. Also, the barn door used for the bathroom doesn’t remain shut (no privacy there). Already had a reservation for another night before our departing flight. Dropped off the rental car at the airport and called for a shuttle back to the hotel. The driver pulled in (on two tires), didn’t say a word the entire ride to the hotel (which isn’t a big deal) and drove like a bat out of hell. We thought we were going to hit 5 separate vehicles in a 4 mile drive. Would have gladly paid the $12 for an Uber, again. Overall not thrilled with staying here. San Antonio area was okay, but would recommend another hotel.

My little girl and I enjoyed our stay. We thought the bed was very comfortable. We noticed though that the heater was very loud when it turned on which kept us awake. We loved the the layout of the room and appreciated receiving the welcome message on the TV. Although the room was clean, we felt the hallway carpet was dirty and stained.

Terrible service at the front desk. Juan, who did not provide his last name. Was rude he did not grant any solution to pay for the additional fee. Because my credit Card did not have name printed. I offered to pay the 50 USD in cash, and it was denied giving no solution. He then threathen to cancel reservation that was already paíd. He was very arrogant

Stayed for 4 days. Sat-tues. All 3 days were quiet in spite of a full parking lot! First Watch restaurant is 1minute walk. Parking lot is we'll lit and patrolled by golf cart. Bed was comfortable. Room was comfortable. Bldg is old but taken care of.

The only drawback to this site is too few good parking spaces. Many are reserved for a restaurant. On the plus side, it’s a good restaurant you can walk across the parking lot to get to.
