酒店服務、位置和環境都不錯，但是設施太老了。馬桶是那種老馬桶。衣櫥也是真的小。房間也是真的小。勝在服務和位置。位置離riverwalk很近。

很好、有意義的酒店。地點好，周邊歷史及遊覽區，市中心。酒店設計、用品等好。可惜疫情，服務一般，不相稱。

Loved the atmosphere. Staff was amazing. They went out of their way to get transportation so I would not miss my plane booked for the wee hours of the morning.
My room was cozy. Loved the chocolate chip cookie and water welcome.

This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in, it's in desperate need of refurbishment. The air conditioning made a hell of a knocking noise turning on and off through the night, the side of the bath was rusted the cleaning staff had done the best they could to 'Polish a turd' but it wasn't a pleasant stay.
The one positive is that it's literally right next to the alamo (some rooms must look right over it) but the area in general is not safe or a nice place to be. Valet parking is $47 a day, self park behind the hotel is $30

The room was ice cold and the thermostat didn’t work. They brought in a heater but the room got better but the bathroom was freezing.

The staff was wonderful. However, our room was not. It was clearly dated, the ac/heat was not working, the bed and pillows were terrible and the water in the shower was difficult to get comfortable, it was either way to hot or way to cold.

The rooms are extremely quiet. You dont hear noise from other rooms or hallway. Staff was extremely nice and are room was very clean. Also loved how big the rooms are.

The fragrance in the lobby was pretty overwhelming must of the weekend. although not a terrible smell it was still too much if you were hanging out there taking for anything over an hour.

Lee was extremely helpful and friendly. We have loved the Emily Morgan hotel and have stayed many time over the years. Each experience gets better and better. Well done team.
