BASTANTE DESEPCIONATE NO OBTUVIMOS LO QUE PAGAMOS Y LA EXPERINCIA FUE PESIMA EN TODOS LOS CAMPOS. PERSONAL, INTALCIONES,SERICIOS ETC.. INICIALMENTE PAGAMOS POR UN PLAN QUE TENIA UNAS CONDICIONES PACTADAS Y FINALMENTE NOS CAMBIARON TODO HOTEL VUELOS Y SUPUESTAMENTE FUE UN CAMBIO EXCELENTE ASI NOS AFIRMO LA ASESORA CAMILA TARAZONA PERO ESO NO FUE ASI

The staff was nice and accommodating! Definitely recommend If you’re looking for a hotel on the beach. The a**osphere is mostly young adults having fun on the *****. The beach is beautiful and the water is amazing!

Look at our fotos . . . Just these few should tell you everything We were actually here on an all inclusive plan with "On Vacation" . . . The food was not even close to what we expected. Minimal at BEST We do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE . . . We are sure you can find a much better vacation plan than here

This was an amazing experience! The island was a great time and everyone was definitely chill! Food was great and very home style, all the staff was very attentive and knew a lot of awesome local spots to check out for a great price 👍🏾

We had a great time and the people and the service were fabulous. The food was good and very organized in all their tasks. Over all, I recomend this hotel and it's services. The servers at the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly.

Excelente ubicación del Hotel, muy cerca al aeropuerto, al comercio y maravillosa playa; todos los empleados muy amables, excelente relación precio-calidad, habitaciones confortables y con vista al mar, servicio de aseo diario, buenas las comidas (Desayuno-almuerzo y comida), buen aire acondicionado.

Es un hotel económico y por tanto en relación a esto, esta bien. las habitaciones cómodas y con lo necesario. Limpias y siempre hacen aseo. La comida del hotel no era la mejor, pero estaba bien.. el recurso se demoraban un poco en estarlo surtiendo porque se acababa muy rápido (la gente come demasiado jajajja).. faltaba un poco de variedad en las bebidas. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para estar cerca a la playa y al centro.

En general la planta física está deteriorada, le falta mantenimiento. En la habitación el aire estuvo siempre dañado y no fue posible que le hicieran mantenimiento a pesar de solicítalo en reiteradas oportunidades. Los ascensores no están bien programados y se demoran mucho. Si se presenta un problema no hay quien lo solucione , la encargada de servicio al cliente lo mandá a la representante de los tures y ella lo devuelve a atención al cliente.La alimentación es muy poco variada y se termina rápido y no la reponen. Solo hay fruta en el desayuno y muyyyyyy poca se presentan problemas hasta con los cubiertos que no hay en el momento que se necesitan. El cambio de toallas no es diario tampoco reponen el jabón que es el único elemento de aseo. En cuánto a los tures que se pagan con el plan son cortos, no incluyen entradas y se realizan el vehículos en muy mal estado. En cuanto al servicio de bar es pésimo, solo cuenta con 5 tragos que casi nunca están disponibles, han momentos en que no hay nada a pesar de estar en el horario correspondiente.
