Rustig hotel met verschillende paviljoenen verdeeld in aparte kamers, de bedden zijn nogal hard. Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt met zicht op Kokkari dorp. Via een nogal stijl pad geraak je in het dorp maar er is ook een gratis bus dienst die je naar de stranden en Kokkari zelf brengt. Zeker doen.

Heerlijk weer, 25 graden , lekker zonnig, wat rustiger in het Hotel, hoofdgebouw denk niet meer in gebruik dus iedereen zit in de mooiere kamers met mooi uitzicht over Kokkari en de zee. Ontbijt buffet is fijn en smakelijk. half pension met avoind eten, eten zeer gevariereerd...mag iets warmer gerserveerd worden maar echt lekker. Toetjes ook om van te smullen ! Kamers netjes, elke dag schoonmaak en bedden opgemaakt, schone handoeken, Goede handoeken service voor zwembadhandoeken ( tegen kleine betaling ) Een no nonses hotel,goed, vriendelijk en voornamleijk de ligging is mooi...auto of scooiter is wel aan te beveelen .

Grote kamer met fijne bedden, precies hard genoeg voor mij. Het balkon had uitzicht op zee en op het plaatsje Kokkari. Lekker zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt- en dinerbuffet zeer goed met veel variatie. We zijn 1x uit eten geweest in het dorp, maar dat was minder goed. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Via trappetjes en een hellend pad was je in een dik kwartier in het dorp. Een hotel om terug te komen!

Alles was goed, zwembad is prima, poolbar is goed, het ontbijt is goed.
Eén opmerking is het vieze plakkerige gordijn tijdens het douchen, kan echt niet meer!

We loved out tranquil week here, great food, comfortable rooms and a super location, only a fifteen minute walk downhill into town (there is a stepped path by the pool) and only €5 Euros to bring four of us back :) The restaurant staff were very attentative, loads of choice for breakfast (eggs & bacon cooked to order) and an excellent €20 buffet dinner available. The pool was spacious and warm with plenty of loungers. There was bus service to a few local beaches too. We had a car and loved Psili Ammos (25 mins) which was a stunning, wide, sandy bay with shallow calm water and a few lovely places for lunch & loos. And a beautiful view across to Turkey and a big supermarket enroute. Feeling we made an error by moving on to the SW of the island to a different hotel & location - should have stayed at the beautiful Arion Hotel !!

We stayed at the Arion hotel for a week and I would say we had done our research before hand. However, we had no idea how inaccessible it was on foot. There is a path down to the road that leads to the beach and Kokkari, and both are stunning and well worth the visit. But the path was very steep and uneven. The staff were polite and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The food was good and the restaurant staff were very efficient. The pool bar was comfortable and the guy in the evening was a great host but it doesn’t serve food other than a bowl of nuts. The housekeeping staff were fabulous and friendly. Overall I would say it lacks atmosphere and personality but it’s a comfortable base if you’re mobile otherwise hire a car. And check the access to both beaches as they have multiple steep steps. There is a scheduled shuttle which I believe is free that runs at set times if you don’t mind being tied to a timetable. Overall we will 100% return to Kokkari but to another hotel

The breakfast is buffet style and had so many options. The room was nice but the bathroom was a little worn. The reception staff are absolutely lovely and the pool is so good and goes 3 metres deep! The views from the hotel are amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Lemonakia beach is a 10 min walk downhill.

Most disappointing breakfast ever. Can’t imagine a greek breakfast without feta. Cheese. Hotel was ok. Looks like not operational fully so it was awkward. Staff was friendly.
