The rooms were EXTREMELY SMALL, but I finally was given a larger room, but with no window.
The rooms were not swept and cleaned well daily. On occasion, the towels were not completely changed daily.
The first night had loud music until 03:00 in the morning. After complaining, it was less the following weekend.
The reception and dining staff were all very helpful and polite.

We stayed at the Canto for one night. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but when we arrived we were shocked by how small the rooms were. I mean if you are one person with a backpack or a couple with a small carry on it might work but we had a few large suitcases and it was impossible. They gave us a slightly bigger room but it was still too small and there were no windows in this new room. The breakfast was great, the location was central in Rio Vemelho but it the hotel is situated on a steep hill so good luck with your rolling bags getting out of the Uber. The rooftop pool is cool but also super small. Overall not the best experience but they were nice enough to refund the 2 nights that we didn’t use.

This hotel is amazing. It’s modern and very clean. The personnel are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. We had a few meals at the Canto restaurant and we loved every bite, their food was so tasty, really delicious.

Ótimo atendimento, ambientes limpos, boa ducha do quarto, boa localização. O conforto só fica prejudicado pelo tamanho dos quartos, que são muito pequenos. Pessoas mais altas podem ter problemas.

Quarto pequeno, chuveiro sofrível, cobrança inesperada de estacionamento, café da manhã não compatível com a propaganda. Linda decoração, funcionários educados, excelente localização! Relação custo-benefício elevada.

Simplesmente o melhor hotel que já fiquei hospedada. Foram 4 diárias e não me decepcionei em nenhum aspecto. Estou apaixonada pelo atendimento (em especial a moça que nos atendeu no café e na área da piscina). A infraestrutura que o hotel oferece é encantadora, a decoração e ambientação de todo o hotel parece que foi pensada para acolher o cliente. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

foi incrível o hotel é maravilhoso o atendimento especial todos os funcionários atenciosos e preocupados com sua melhor hospedagem. O hotel super bem localizado ao lado de uma praia maravilhosa e super bem frequentada a praia da paciencia. O destaque fica para a funcionaria DAI que cuida do café da manhã super atenciosa, educada e prestativa.
