The best one , service wise , food wise , breakfast wise and yes room wise. Thank you very much to the GM of the hotel Mr. Rahul Bhattacharya , he has given us room with bath tub. My son was enjoying like anything. His happiness is my strenght so thanks a ton for creating this momemtum. This memory will be cherished.

It was an awesome stay. We came with a family of 8 (with 2 small children). All the staffs were helpful. The food is very tasty and hygienic. Clean rooms. Room service also is good. Neatly maintained. So we do suggest it's the right place with full comfort with a pleasant stay.

We were welcomed very warmly by the staff . Rooms were very clean and room service took care of our needs ,the buffet for breakfast and dinner were very delicious and we enjoyed using the rooftop swimming pool Definitely would recommend

My Booking Confirmation ID is 6518 for 19 days with 4 Guest. (1). Mr. Prabhaditya Ganguli (Asst. Duty ***ager) - Very fast response, TAT for closing any Guests request is Very Less. Superb personality with positive attitude. (2). Prabhakar Ganguali (Sale) - He is Great Hu*** being and he knows how to take care of Guest without breaking hotel policy. He is Asset of your Hotel. (3). Miss. Versa Dey (Reservation Executive) - She is smiling everything and She knows how to give smil to all the Guest in equal ***ner. She is Very Hard working employee. She Deserve the ***ager Role & God bless her to get ***ager Role Very soon. (4). Gaurav Bansal (F & B ***ager ) - He is giving respect to all the Guest equally. His Walking style like a Hero. His smile face gives energy to his coworkers. No compromise in food test in his supervision. Superb test Superb service. (5) House Keeping Person are also very Hard Working. They are keeping room clean . I want to give Special thanks to Tushar ***dal, Su***a Gharami, Samim Khan & Baishakhi Bachar.

The stay was very good staff were very supportive Even Breakfast was very good we requested Jain food they have immediately provided. Our every small request has been taken care right on the spot. Purely recommended for business and family traveller

Pros: 1. I have booked a suite room so it was good. It was good. It has a bath tub and all bathroom essentials like comb, shaving kit, dental kit etc. 2. The bed is very comfortable with a big TV in front. 3. The sitting and sleeping section is separated by a nice bamboo structure. 4. The buffet breakfast and meal is decent. 2 NV and 2 Veg with salads , papad, soup etc. 5. Swimming pool pics are on the 12th floor with clean water. 6. Located on a small road. Outside food is allowed. 7. Housekeeping was also decent. Cons: 1. They have the worst internet. So if you want to work from here just avoid it as it is the worst. 2. I may be wrong but they have no timing for lunch. One day I had lunch at 1pm and another day it was not even ready by 1:45pm. There is an ICICI meet going on and I believe they are setting up based on their schedule as when the buffet gets placed in 10min they come on both days. 3. Worst experience with a swimming pool. I went there to have a quick dip but have been asked to bring a costume. I said i have but they called someone. I am not sure if he was a hotel staff or someone from outside but he brought some shorts and said this needs to be worn. I opened and checked the size and refused to buy. He said you have opened it now you need to buy even though all tags were intact. We had some drama and we left the pool floor.

Located at nice place. The hotel is clean and well maintained with polite and humble staffs. Also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast here. Will recommend my near ones to vist this when they tour kolkata.

My work in Kolkata ended up being cancelled at the last minute because of the extreme heat. While I had booked several nights at this hotel, we had to cancel the day before arrival because of my work cancellation. But prior to that, I had needed to have a package delivered to me there for my work. The ***agement and staff went out of their way to help me with this- and greeted me warmly when I went to pick up the package. I was sorry I ended up cancelling, but even to that, they were understanding. It's nice to do business with kind people!

Room was really clean and comfortable and nice view from room . excellent service 👍 .good food and restaurant . Breakfast service was also very nice if anyone want to come Kolkata i will recommend to stay here for an comfortable and peaceful experience . Go for it.
