Nou van de reviews klopt weinig. Het was een smerig hotel en personeel doet net of het van niks weet. De matrassen waren keihard en elke veer was voelbaar. Het bedframe was een houtenplank met 4 pootjes. Poepvlekken in bed. Zwarte schimmel overal. Lampen die het niet deden. Tv midden in de loopruimte om 1.75 hoogte waardoor ik meerdere malen hard mijn hoofd heb gestoten. Wc bril was versleten, kalkaanslag over het hele plafond. Muren stellen niks voor en het is enorm luidruchtig. We hadden extreem ziek kunnen worden als de airco was aangezet omdat daar ook schimmel aanwezig is. Ik raad iedereen af ooit naar dit hotel te gaan en ik hoop dat ze een keer beboet worden want ze spelen met de gezondheid van hun bezoekers. Wij komen hier nooit meer!!! 3 sterren is complete onzin ze verdienen nog niet eens 1 ster!

3 star hotel but 5 star service . 3rd time visiting, normally by myself but this time with family and staff as always made us feel welcome. Hotel is 5 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day. Always plenty of choice in the restaurant, even for a fussy eater. Rooms are basic, ie no kettle or fridge, but how much time do you actually spend in your room? Beds are comfy and plenty of wardrobe space. I will be returning again as do a lot of their guests. For the price of the hotel, location and the friendliness of the staff this hotel is one to book. Ignore the negative reviews.

Came for 4 nights all inclusive on a very cheap deal. Location great small hill coming back from the beach which isn’t advertised. This could make it really difficult for people with mobility issues Staff were lovely very pleasant and friendly. Lady in reception went out of her way so we could keep one of our rooms in on the last day. Bar staff great Food. It’s 3 star all inclusive it’s not fantastic but always found something to eat Rooms clean and tidy Yeah there were a lot of schools there mainly from Ireland and they were a credit to their parents and teachers

I stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive, I definitly would not stay here again, It has its good points such as the location is great even though the hill up is steep. It is very clean. There is only one english speaking receptionist, a blonde lady who is fabulous and helpful, the rest of the staff have little or no english. The hotel does not cater for couples or families. The hotel was full of large groups of spanish elderly or large gropus of school children, The food was the worse all inclusive ive ever being too. My advice would be stay somewhere else .

Amazing food , restaurant is excellent! We take full board, breakfast, lunch,dinner was amazing 🤩 Staff is very friendly, very nice people work in this hotel . Hotel is old but everything is very clean. Thank you for your hospitality and your service!

It was our first stay at this hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from the town and about 7 minutes to the beach. The all inclusive package is very good bar is open to midnight with San Miguel on tap the food was lovely. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and has everything you need in them, towels and rooms are cleaned daily. Pools are lovely. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel.
