Great option to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura amusement park.
Staying for the night at the hotel will grant you access to the park on both days, the check-in and the check-out.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, for a good rest after spending the day at the park.
The swimming pool is also amazing, big and beautiful, it is an adventure in itself.
Only issue is the service: you can feel that the staff do their best, however during peak season, they are so busy that for sure you will have to line up in order to get anything done. They are moving ahead and making moves for automatic self-service processes: like self- check out, but still is not enough. You gotta then have some patience and wait until your turn comes.

Amazing! We were staying at the first day of hotel’s work in this year so we say almost empty hotel.
Staff was nice, food was great and on top of that we had access to the parks.
For that type of the hotel I’d like to get more amenities and products in bathroom.
Cleanliness was good thought.

位置很好，在兩個遊樂園大門口，非常適合帶孩子中間休息。法拉利樂園是下午四點才開放的，可以冒險園玩好休息好吃完晚餐再去。

Estancia perfecta, nos dieron la habitación a las 9 de la mañana y el hotel con entrada directa desde el parque. Recomiendo totalmente 😉

todo perfecto pero me dijeron desde TRIP que el desayuno eran 10€ por persona y finalmente nos cobraron 12€ por persona (6€ más de lo que indica en la web TRIP-

El hotel está bien y muy buen ubicado un poco de olor a tubería y lo que no me gusto son los turnos de las cenas ya que el Segundo es muy tarde eso es algo nuevo además no reponen tanto y gente se quedo sin postre

Hotel is OK, wel erg "smerig" als je beter kijkt. Airconditioning onder het stof en spinnerag in de kamer, in hoeken en kieren vies, onder het bed, badkuip en niet te vergeten de verschrikkelijke vochtige (grondwater) lucht.
Het eten in de avond is een regelrechte ramp met hele lange rijen. Teveel mensen voor de capaciteit!
Dit is trouwens in het park niet veel anders! We kwamen hier voor de 5e keer, maar het lijkt per jaar slechter te worden. En als je een vraag of klacht hierover hebt krijg je een standaard email terug. Voor ons voorlopig niet meer! Is geen 4 sterren meer waard!

Never again, we had to move and replace 3 rooms in our staying because of facilities problems ( poor air conditioner, bad smell from toilet). Everything you have to pay even to store your luggage in safe room, no cooler water to drink. No more then one hour eating breakfast or dinner ( the waiters will move you out)
All the hotel in bad shape, the pool not clean (hair, leafs)
After all that the hotel ignored from the ******* status benefits if you have.

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms with balcony & big bathroom. Small fridge in room kept drinks very cold. Both pools were very nice. Small cafe bar in hotel square served snacks & drinks, quite expensive but as is the whole of Portaventura. Short walk in to Salou from the hotel for supermarket & bars. Very large selection for breakfast. We found the general a**osphere of the hotel very good & easy access to pop in & out of the park. Only downside is the hotel is a bit of a maze! Cant wait to visit again
