All the staff was very polite and helpdome. The rooms was clean. Swimmingpools should be cleaned every day and many of the sunbeds need to be repaired. It was very limited what to buy at the bar. Breakfast was a very simply italian stile, some fresh bread- ham and cheese could be fine. There was a very few restaurants in this village, at the hotel it was not possible to have dinner. Small distance to other cities. were it was possible.

Truly awful-horrible. Clever photography hides the industrial buildings surrounding this hotel and the pool. 'Wine Hotel' sounds lovely... romantic.. vineyard... The reality is that you are at an industrial plant. The rooms are grim, dark purple walls and bedding. Breakfast is adequate. The local streets are just that-streets, not attractive and nothing nearby that is attractive or worthy of a few days visit. Don't go there-you will regret it.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. No one there to see you on check in, get left waiting and stranded. No working pool but then apparently it is working just dirty. Nothing around or near. Rude staff, shocking customer service and still awaiting a refund.

This hotel was very expensive and the hotel pictures looked lovely. When we pulled up in the taxi, we, and the taxi driver, thought we had come to the wrong hotel-it was GRIM and looked nothing like the pictures we had seen! When it states it is a winery we envisaged a vineyard with fields of grapes, whereas the reality is that it is part of a factory in an industrial area. We finally found our way to reception, lovely staff, then our bedroom. That was a further shock, the furnishings were a horrible shade of purple, very dark with zig-zag *****es-everywhere, truly awful. And then there was breakfast... we had been asked to indicate what we wanted to eat on a form provided at check in. The staff then failed to even read what we had ordered and we got bits and pieces, brought out bit by bit, or not as we discovered-not what we had ordered and it was rather chaotic. 4 star is is absolutely not, probably 2 star max, less charm than a travel lodge. Such was our dismay that as soon as we checked in we sought another hotel successfully and checked out the following morning.

Forse uno dei peggiori 4 stelle che abbia frequentato. L'avventura inizia con l'ingresso nel bagno della camera, bidet, lavandino e vasca per peli e capelli. Chiamata la reception fanno intervenire l'inserviente e fino a qui si spera di aver risolto. Si esce dalla struttura e due ore dopo ritorno e la prima cosa che controllo è il bagno e indovina un po', ancora sporco, così vado alla reception e chiedo se era passata a pulire e mi dice di sì...così andiamo insieme a controllare e faccio vedere anche a Lei il tipo di pulizia che è stato fatto. Altra cosa, il silicone della vasca nero di muffa, davvero orrendo, un buco sulla porta del bagno. Il lenzuolo con un buco. Per non parlare della ragazza alla reception, quella del turno di giorno sempre imbronciata, e sorridi che la vita ti sorriderà di rimando. Infine, trovandomi in un WINE Hotel, mi viene in mente di comprare una bottiglia del loro rosato, ma indovinate un po, era finito, ma può anche capitare, ma la giustificazione è stata che di solito i clienti lo comprano in enoteca, ma allora cosa le metti a fare tutte quelle bottiglie in mostra sul bancone con il listini prezzi. Quando una cosa finisce si rifornisce. Una pessima sistemazione che sconsiglio

Fint hotel. Vi havde booket det pga muligheden for vinsmagning, men det var ikke muligt i weekenden :-( Det ville have været fint med den oplysning på forhånd.
Byen er temmelig død, og det kneb med spisesteder, så vi endte med take-away pizza, som vi spiste i hotellets have.
Personalet var ikke særligt gode til engelsk men meget hjælpsomme.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel prenotando da ******* e le aspettative erano buone, peccato poi rimanere spesso delusi. La struttura potrebbe essere curata meglio, le docce in piscina non sono funzionanti e la pulizia generale é molto scarsa.. Appena arrivi all'interno della Villa trovi un ampio parcheggio, che come indicato nel documento del check in é a pagamento, senza però specificare a quanto, quindi noi ci siamo basati da quanto indicato su ******* cioè 8 euro, in fase di check out volevano farcene pagare 15!!! Quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla ragazza ha corretto la fattura con il prezzo del portale di prenotazione. Chiaramente il prezzo é giornaliero, un assurdità far pagare il parcheggio all'interno della struttura secondo me... parcheggiate in strada, tanto sono poco trafficate, é un paesino pure troppo tranquillo. La colazione che offrono é all'italiana quindi una bevanda calda e un dolce o un salato, per la cifra di 10 euro a persona e 5 euro per i bambini, noi abbiamo trovato un ottima pasticceria in centro paese e abbiamo sempre fatto colazione lì! Il ristorante annesso alla struttura é chiuso. L'unica nota positiva è il personale cordiale.. non consiglio..

Struttura particolare, contesto d epoca, personale gentile e disponibile, xro….c’è un però,farsi pagare un parcheggio interno semi deserto, 10 € a notte, è esagerato, manco fossimo nel fulcro di una città ztl….e se avessimo prenotato ad agosto il prezzo saliva a 15 €…e be anke il parcheggio quota alta stagione..e poi una misera colazione includetela (magari 1 cornetto e 1 caffè stile beb), lì vicino abbiamo speso 10 euro x una signora colazione x 4 persone, nn credo ke vi faccia differenza avere 10 euro in meno come entrata…ne guadagnate di certo in pubblicità.io nn so se lo consiglierei …
