It was worse no value for money...bathroom was old n tierd... Bath tub was like 30 years old... To ***y flys coming out from bathroom drainage... Only 1 toilet roll provided.. Normal hotel 4 pillows was provided as standard setup. But this hotel only 2 pillows. Tv was not working.... Room was smelling like it was abounded for 1 year.. Worse experience in 1 day

Very good service. Everyone is so helpful and polite. The foods are very delicious. Try there butter naan and butter chicken. Pretty good job by there team ***agement. Heaving a great time here with my family. (10/10) [Highly Recommended]

My stay couldn't have been much nicer. Be it the proximity with the beach or the beauty of the property,everything was next to perfect. Staff is also very helpful and polite. Just 3mins walk to Betalbatim beach and you can enjoy your beachside view....

It’s my 2nd time here at Coconut Grove with my fiancée. We had a serene time staying at the place . The food is lovely , ambience is good and moreover there is tranquility here . The souvenir shop which was closed all the time could have been converted into a convenience store so that it would help the guests as well as the hotel . The things that we didn’t like were group of other guests howling and screaming at times . People need to understand that they are not alone and other guests doesn’t appreciate it . The pool could have been better in terms of cleanliness due to the fact that algae were at various spots in the pool . Anyways, it was a good experience and would definitely come back again . The shack at the beach which is very close to the resort premises gives u a nice Goan vibes and nonetheless the beach of course!

Good Calm and Relaxed place . Beach is at walking distance. Service is ok ok.. Rooms are fine. Overall place is good. Menu Card is missing. Please print lots of Menu Card, they were missing at rooms.and on restorants

Good hotel, nice territory! Personnel is very responsive and do everything quickly. The rooms are not new, but in general the hotel worth its money. We stayed with my wife for a week and took breakfast and dinners. The breakfast is veg one, might have more food variety. The dinners are good ones but mostly same options that are included to the paid dinners (chicken). so we anyway order some seafood that is additionally chargeable. I suggest to use breakfast options and have dinner in different places.

The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and the staff is welcoming. Pools are maintained properly. Liked everything. The only thing that can be made better is the washroom. They are of the old structure and need to be renovated.Food and breakfast was good

We stayed here for 5 days and literally ran out of options of good food what their restaurant can offer. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala. And I don't know what the f**k the chef sent us. Apart similar experience with dessert I.e Shahi Tukda. The same was completely tosted till it was burnt in sugar syrup. I took a bite and was unable to restrain myself and called chef. Another problem was Wifi on property is completely radio out and you have to literally go to reception area to browse basic stuff on internet. We literally spent our whole holiday watching Tv
