Very disappointing, bathroom WC dirty, tea cups dirty, Overall floor was unclean, Staff was good,

Близко от пляжа, закрытая территория на этом плюсы кончились... далековато до магазинов интернет отвратительный, электричество отключается каждые 15 минут завтраки...ну голодным не останешься...конечно, но на троечку такси убер не работает - поэтому двойная цена на такси около отеля шум от кондиционеров с наружной стороны такой, что ночью спать без беруш нельзя...номер 110 заставили вымыть унитаз перед заездом...реально был просто не убран...но просто как такое может быть - не понятно за такие деньги в сутки больше 120 $ это полный отстой были в трех отелях за время отдыха есть с чем сравнить не рекомендую совсем

My recent stay at the Baywatch Resort Goa left much to be desired, and I cannot help but express my profound dissatisfaction with the overall experience. Despite the kindness of the staff, several aspects of the hotel marred my visit. The most alarming discovery was finding ants in my bed, which not only proved unpleasant but also unacceptable in an establishment that is supposed to offer quality services. This incident not only affected my comfort but also raised serious doubts about the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that the hotel was undergoing construction during my stay. The facilities under construction created a noisy and chaotic atmosphere, far from the serenity and tranquility I expected to find in a resort. This fact should have been communicated in advance when making the reservation, allowing me to make an informed decision about my stay. Although the staff made an effort to co****sate for these inconveniences with their kindness and professionalism, I cannot overlook the fundamental issues that affected my experience. I appreciate that, upon expressing my concerns, they changed my room. However, this solution did not completely resolve the problems, as the presence of ants in the initial room had already left a negative impression on my stay. In summary, my experience at the Baywatch Resort Goa was disappointing and did not meet the expectations I had for an establishment of its category. I hope that these criticisms contribute to improving the quality of service and conditions of the hotel for future guests.

Very Good Experience From all staff.... specially good service from house keeping staff Rudresh and other staff members......all over good rooms and polite staff members....pool service also good.... little bit away from whole market but location is good

Very nice service landan, Rudaresh, Vijay and antony and all staff of hotel is good, very nice palace,and good food and near to beach, the hotel name is very good Baywatch, rooms are very clean, and two swimming pool, and activities room, thank you Baywatch

The infrstructure and location is very good ,and hygine is very good . Tue food is also ok as those people who like spicy food will not like it

Very good pillows We liked the resort ambience . Very near to sea. Food is very good. Staff response is excellent. Landon, Anthony, Vijay, Reudresh housekeeping is excellent. ***n is leading the team well. Pool side is very nice. White tents are good looking. Conference halls and gym facilities are excellent

Great place with great food and private beach experience... Special mention to their staff member Mr.Akshay who served us dinner and the ***ager Mr.V***n who arranged a special beach side private dinner with the family... We had a nice stay @The Beach house Goa

It was my wife's birthday..hotel ***agement knew it. Welcome was super. Decoration fantastic..cake.. evening dinner amazing.. thank you Baywatch..we love you
