The rooms are good but the service is intentionally average because the staff is least bothered with providing good service. Wifi and TV were not working for the entire stay and the food when ordered is not delivered even after 1.5 hrs. Definitely very bad attitude from the entire team

The gardens are very well kept and pretty, rooms clean. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Only recommendation would be that we did not use the pool as the water seemed stagnant and not filtered, maybe the pump was broken? But otherwise a lovely stay

great location, rooms are spacious. Jason is the only staff member who is honest and truthful. Limitations Washroom taps are broken, the toilet seat is so old and yellow, maintenance is very poor. Main door lock gets stuck. Its dilapidated

We loved the central location. This hotel is 5 mins walk from the beach and a few minutes away from bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. All rooms have a balcony or terrace which look out on to a quiet lane. To get to the river you need to walk round the back of the hotel. This takes you through the Luisa by the Sea complex. These grounds are lovely and they lead to a nice walk to the river. Breakfast consisted off cereals, toast and choice of eggs. The omelettes were very nice. There was a buffet with Indian options too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large pool but there were only 2 sun loungers with cushions so we didn't spend any time round here. This is a small and friendly hotel which I would definitely return to.

Had a wonderful time here at Holiday Inn Resort Goa. Hospitality is at its best. Food ia fantastic. We had some much fun here. Everything is organised very well. Easy and convenient access to the beach is a win win. 😍
